Bangladeshi schools have been divided into three different branches. These branches are; - English medium, Bengali medium and the religious institutions.The major differences are:-England schools are funded by (Local Education Authorities) government where as Bangladesh schools are mainly private (English medium) government (Bengali medium) or public donation (religious institutions) schools. Working with severe SEN students requires alot of patience and care. In this job you would need to be considerate about the student(s) as the student will seek help, attention and support from you.. But you have to be careful that they do not become independent on you though this can be hard as you are always there to assist them with work.I am currently working on a one-to-one basis with a students who is severe SEN statement. The students has many complicances including medically ill, growing delays, loss of hearing and speaking difficult. I would like to share my experiences about working with autist and SEN students. I do not have any knowledge or previous experience working with autist or SEN students so therefore this role was very new, challenging and exciting. The SEN students i worked with seem very normal like as people. Analysing some of thier i was able to understand that thier were SEN students because thier handwriting was unclear and unneat, they find it difficult to spell words, thier speech isn't clear, they need assistance in producing ideas for thier work.A group of SEN students I worked with in reception class, For Rml i did an active there the student had to use Fred talk(sound words out)to spell words.
