The new Ferrari F430 Scuderia is the new name for the Ferrari F430 Challenge and will be unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
" Ferrari’s new model pegged for the Frankfurt Motor Show has turned out to be the new 430 Scuderia, and not the Challenge Stradale or Dino that everyone had been hoping for. The new Scuderia is essentially the CS model in everything but its name, having shed up to 100kg through an extensive weight saving program.
The 430 Scuderia will be unveiled by Michael Schumacher at the Frankfurt Show on September 11, where it joins the Coupe and Spider in the F430 family. Output from the naturally aspirated 4.3L V8 jumps to 510hp at a lofty 8,500rpm and with a kerb weight of just 1,250kg, the new supercar has an amazing power-to-weight ratio of 2.45kg/hp."

Of course you do! BMW is organising a two-day event at the Nürburgring in Germany to celebrate the arrival of the new BMW M3, all you have to do is sign up here. Winning participants will be selected and notified by BMW before the end of August. There are a few requirements though: Obviously you can not be a BMW employee and you must have reached the age of 21, be a holder of a valid drivers license and ID.
“In September 2007, BMW will invite a selected group of international participants for an exclusive test-drive of the new BMW M3 Coupé at the Nürburgring race track in Germany. Would like to buy a new car and earning some big Dollars, than this might be something for you. According to Autogespot there's news that Bugatti will produce 80 exclusive topless targa models of the Veyron.
Its removable roof design will be similar like its competitors, the Carrera GT and the Koenigsegg CCX.
"Without the roof the car will require added reinforcements and underbody changes to maintain torsional rigidity. These changes will come at a minor cost to performance, and top speed is said to be limited to 217mph (350kmh). "

We knew that Noble sold the rights to produce the M12 and M400 in order to recover funds to develop its new sports car, the M15. But we didn't know the result of it, well today we get to see it. The Rossion Q1 is manufactured in Cincinnati in the United States by Rossion Automotive.
The final improvements don not only touch the visual looks of it, indeed the Rossion Q1 also brings some minor mechanical evolutions. The Motor was worked on to provide the additional horses, 450 Hp instead of 425 Hp. Also its weight has been reduced, but that could be clarified as almost nothing. Max speed = 180 mph (300km/h) and it needs 3.3 seconds to reach 60 mph (100km/h). Click "Read More" for more pictures.

The official Porsche 997 GT2 brochure has leaked onto the net. Official pictures and specifications are now released and I don't think that the guys over at Porsche Stuttgart are happy with this. Ah who cares, after all those endless spyshots and speculations we finally get to see what we want to see.
Just like the previous GT2 it will get the 3.6-litre flat six from the Turbo, yet only sending power to the rear wheels. With its 530Hp and 505 lb-ft of torque you can easily imagine that GT2 will be a pleasure to drive/drift/race, it's up to you to decide. The sprint to 60 (100 km/h) goes in 3.6 seconds and its max top speed is 204 mph (328 km/h), respect required please... More pictures? Read More

For those of you who didn't know it, this years Cannonball Run Europe has already ended! The Rally left off at the 1st of July and finished at the 6th of July. The organisers took this wise decision to avoid unwanted attention from local authorities due to numerous problems on previous Rallies. I guess that each morning participants got a roadbook with checkpoints for that day since the only thing known was the start and the finish, but I'm not sure of this. We all knew that Mercedes would reveal the new C63 AMG somewhere this month. But I must say, I didnt expected it so quick. A few hours ago Mercedes-AMG Gmbh released a huge press release with 22 high-res pics of its new C63 AMG.
The AMG 6.3-litre V8 engine develops a peak output of 336 kW/457 hp and a maximum torque of 600 newton metres. Accordingly the C 63 AMG accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds, just like the "others" its top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h. RUF has released special edition versions to commemorate its 25th anniversary. The company offers an exciting entry vehicle for an attractive price based on the regular Porsche Boxster and the Cayman.
Adding a supercharger to the 3.4-litre resulted in 400 bhp @7,000rpm with a max of 440Nm of torque @ 5,500rpm. The sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62mph) goes in 4.4 seconds and it stops at a maximum speed of 290 km/h (181mph).

Most of you will remember the John Dawson-Damer fatal accident @ Goodwood which claimed the lives both of John Dawson-Damer and marshal Andrew Carpenter. Happily enough the driver in this accident got away with some minor injuries. The car was an Aston Martin V8 rally GT built by Prodrive, the driver was a Prodriver salesman who was demonstrating the car to a customer who had bought it.
