| 3 Questions To Avoid Procrastination |

I just got back from a fun-filled, relaxing week in the Bahamas! I stayed at the Atlantis resort and it was just fabulous! I wish you could of all been there...and you could of if you won the trip like I did with my company!
Anyway, I am here to talk about procrastination. I did not win the trip because of procrastination..I won the trip because I took action! While away I heard one of the co-founders of my company speak. He listed 3 question YOU need to ask yourself to avoid procrastination.
Here are the questions:
1) Do I have to do this?
2) Do I want it done so it is not on my mind?
3) Will it be any easier to do it later?
If you take time to ask yourself these 3 questions while sitting on the couch procrastinating I know it will change your attitude and will relieve much stress in your life. When you ask yourself these questions it will make you get up and take action. Why wait for later ...you will be glad you decided to do what should have been done and not waiting for ...

I just got back from visiting a sick friend in the hospital. Sickness - death is a part of our lives. Being surrounded by it in a hospital is the most depressing place to be - at least that is how I feel. I wish there was never such a thing as death. I wonder if we will find out in this weeks episode who is part of the Oceanic Six that got off the Island. We know Jack, Kate, Hurley and Jin (because in the episode flashing in the future we saw Jin buying a stuffed animal - I would figure it would be for his child...maybe not???) I also think Sun and Sayid...but who knows. All we know 100% is Jack, Kate and Hurley since we saw them last week in "the real world." Lost is such a nail biter. Jacob's house just creeps me out. I had to post one of my favorites. Being a mother of 3 kids means that I have a few back seat drivers. Every time there is a squirrel on the road and it looks as if I am going to hit it...the squirrel seems to get out of the way. Makes me happy that I did not add to the road kill numbers!
