A double dose of coholcate (chopped semisweet and cocoa powder) makes these sandwich cookies extra decadent. It is also pretty simple to make.1 1/4 cup Flour1/3 cup Hershey's Cocoa1 teaspoon Baking Soda6 tablespoon Extra Light Corn Oil Spread1 cup Sugar1 cup Skim Milk1 tablespoon White Vinegar1/2 teaspoon Vanilla ExtractHeat oven to 350 degrees F.
