Ingredients :Thoor Dhal - 1/2 cupRasam Powder - 1 tspTamarind Juice - 1 1/2 cupsTomato - 1 small Salt - 1 tsp Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp Asafetida - a pinch Chopped coriander - some Curry leaves - some Method :1. Cook the dhal in 1 cup water. To the tamarind juice, add the salt, rasam powder, cut tomato, asafetida and the curry leaves and over a medium heat, boil the mixture. 2. After it has boiled for about 8 minutes, add the cooked dhal to it and dilute with 2 to 2-1/2 cups of water. 3. Drain and blend the cashews to make a fine paste. Do not use water while blending; if required, use the milk that you soaked them in, and make a fine, smooth paste, without granules. 2. Ingredients :2 cups plain or vanilla yoghurt1 cup milk6-8 ice cubes3/4 cup raspberry puree3 tbsp sugar(or more if needed)Method :1. Make sure the raspberry puree does not have seeds in it.2. Ingredients :Pulp of 1 fresh ripe mango (you can use the canned mango pulp too)1/2 cup raspberries1 scoop mango or vanilla ice-cream2-3 tbsp crushed ice2-3 tsp sugar (if needed)sprig of mint (for garnish)Method :1. Blend the mango pulp without adding water if you are using fresh mango and keep aside.2. Now take the raspberries and blend them with 2 tsp water till it forms into a pulp.3.
