I adore ribbon, always have - not sure if it's the colour or the texture. I love that ribbon can be used for numerous things, besides bow's in little girls hair, or for wrapping gifts... these pics were taken an a craft event, where Ebony & Ivory Ribbons had a stall - besides the gorgeous colours, I just loved the rows and pretty details.... Toast (UK site/ online sotre) is one of my favorite places to go for inispiration (also see Monday's post). They sell amazing items online, but for me the way they catalogue their items, is quite simply - fascinating.Here for example, is a swlection of iamges from one of their catalogues ..... above ... crockery and linen tablecloths ...cutlery with bone handles - or a very good imitation..a snack .....old style towels ....and even something as simple as white wire hangers ....I just simply love the way they put things together!
