Chicken Italian Style Ingredients for Sauce Butter 50 gm Mozzarella cheese 1 packet Spaghetti ½ packet Milk 300 ml Oregano ½ tsp Thyme ½ tsp Flour 2 – 3 tbsp Ingredients for Cooking Broccoli 1 flower Onion chopped 1 Chicken breast (sliced) 2 Parsley ¼ bunch Cream cheese ½ cup Garlic chopped 2 – 3 cloves Black pepper powder ½ tsp Oil 2 tbsp Salt to taste Method Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add 2 – 3 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 chopped onion. Fry well till onion is tender.Add in sliced chicken and fry for 3 – 4 minutes, when the chicken is tender add ½ cup cream cheese, ¼ bunch of chopped parsley, salt to taste and ½ tsp black pepper powder. Malaysian fried fish Ingredients Fish fillet ½ kg Finely chopped onions 1 Fresh red chilies 1 Water ½ cup Oil ¼ cup Finely chopped garlic 2-3 cloves Finely chopped ginger 1 Brown sugar 1tsp Lemon juice 1tbsp Black pepper powder ¼ tsp Red chili powder ½ tsp Flour 2 tbsp Soya sauce 2 tbsp Salt as required Method Cut ½ kg fish fillets into cubes, marinate with ¼ tsp black pepper powder and a little salt.
