Ingredients (Translation)3 cups of cut fruits like Apple, grapes, banana, chikoo, pomogranate, pear, guava, orange, papaya and all that you like1 big spoon Custard Powder1/2 ltr Milk6 spoons of Sugar( add more if required)1/4 tsp Cardamom powderFew cashews and dry grapesVanilla Essence or Rose Essence (optional)Cut fruits into small pieces. You can easily roast nuts like cashews and groundnuts in microwave and store them for future use. For this, spread out the nuts in the microwave safe plate (preferably plate instead of bowl) and micro high for about 2 minutes for 1/2 cup of nuts. However, just check once in between and ensure they dont get burnt. Dont consume immediately.
