I recently started my own business and have had little time to update the blog.But fear not, things are starting to move along nicely and next week or so i will start adding content again ;).Also, during this start-up I started to turn back to my old ways and gained a bit of fat back and need to lose it. To make fat loss more fun, I am thinking of starting a fat loss clinic.I need to find 5 people that want to lose body fat.
