It’s no co-incidence that the first 3 steps in AA and NA
deal essentially with the concept of surrender:
Step 1 - Admitting your powerlessness over alcohol/drugs …

I’ve just finished reading an excellent book - Dan Millman’s Way of the Peaceful Warrior.
I have to say it’s one of the most beautiful and inspiring books I’ve read in a long time. It also contains many of life’s little secrets woven into the storyline.

| Me and My Teeth |

I’ve been in awful pain the last while - had what I thought was a sore tooth.
Went to the dentist yesterday - and was told I have to have my wisdom teeth taken out.
The operation is happening tomorrow so I’ll be out of commission for the next few days.
