I will say it loud and proud, I am a Buffy fan and I have just finished watching the final episode of the final season with my wife and I have watched every episode (apart from one episode in season two called Ted which neither of us like) but it has taken us about a year to watch them through on and off so I’m thinking another year or so and we will probably start from season one again (cant wait)....

I have lost a total of 14 pounds (that’s a stone in British money :) so far and I am quite pleased with myself, the only thing is my wife’s birthday is in February which means a few days of naughty food but hey if I lose a total of 42 pounds (3 stone) by the middle of this year and keep it off for the rest of the year I will be happy....

I am quite keen on watching the film Southland Tales as I saw the preview a while back and it looked quite good and I know that the Rock is in it which should turn it into lame film but the Gellar is in it and that always gets my interests a bit so I shall wait for it to go to DVD....
