| The Chapel Bridge Luzern, Switzerland |

My husband did a video in Chapel bridge, as you can see below, play it now!
I been this place Luzern two times when I was visited my sister on year 2004 and during my husband was my fiancée that time. We traveled together some wonderful tourist place in Switzerland and Luzern was great.The name “Luzern” is derived from the latin word “light.”The Chapel Bridge as you can see in the picture, it was built on 14th century-at an angle, to connect the town’s medieval fortifications and it is served as a city defense system. On 1993, a leisure boat moored under the bridge caught fire, and long before, Luzern’s wooden landmark was in flames and it rebuilt again as you can see the wood is lighter and you can see in the middle of the bridge. As the start of the bridge, I saw great colorful paintings that explained the story of the plague but some famous paintings were lost. Since they rebuilt this bridge the boats are no longer allowed under the bridge, and it is now strictly non-smoking and I noticed the security cameras are everywhere.The great colorful paintings, which describes scenes from Luzern and Swiss history.I saw some great cuckoo clocks in some store in Luzern, the clock is very nice and well design and it is interesting.My husband and I did walked around a lot and we visited one nice church and we ate good food in a nice restaurant and we did also visited the “Picasso Museum” in that museum I had fun as it has interesting paintings and that was my 1st time visiting a Picasso Museum.I had a great time walking around this time and this is one of my favorite places to visit. My husband and I went to the Ciruit City 2 days ago, and when we need to buy something electronic stuff, we often shop this store. My husband bought a new GPS(Global Positioning System) and while he was finding a GPS, I did roaming around the store to the electronics stuff. I found out many laptops are on sale. I cannot believe it is much cheaper nowadays than before, when I saw the price is much cheaper, I wanted to buy them all (ha-ha) but the hindrance I am not rich to buy all of them (he-he). My husband and I went to Manhattan, New York. We did stay at Renaissance Hotel, it is by the Time's Square, and we decided to stay this hotel, because we can just walk around easily in the City. We just stayed in Renaissance in just 3 days. I did not really enjoy walking around the City, because it was so windy and cold. You need to wear a hat which it can hide also your ears. It was crazy cold. I noticed it is much colder without snow especially when it is windy, it could freeze you to death also, if you are not wearing enough clothes. I made a soup yesterday, as my husband likes when I cook for him. I think he feels that I care for him when I make something and I care his health too. Therefore, I made a vegetarian soup with my own recipe, I do not really follow a recipe, I just invent by my own. I just think I can do it by myself without following a recipe. When I cook entrée, soup or food I just cook it, I do it by myself as I am use not to follow a recipe. I did not post my Christmas gift here immediately that I received from my husband and from his family as I had a difficulty accessing the internet when I was away from our house. We visited some friends in somewhere part of Ohio, even though, it was cold, windy and had snow storm that time.Snow falling down it looks nice watching them. Before I get in the car I took a picture of the snow falling down and it seems came out great. Year 2007 for me was a good year as I did not really encounter big problems but as we knew that life can be ups and down. It was a good year to me happens as my husband and I had a good time as we traveled a lot on year of 2007. My husband’s family and I have a dinner buffet every Christmas Eve at country club in suburb of Detroit. However, before we went to the dinner we went to the Christmas Eve mass, as it is also a special night. Once she made all the cookies we helped her to paint them, she made variety of cookies likes square lime cookies, fudge cookies, m & m’s cookies, meringue cookies. When I woke up yesterday, my husband asked me if I want to eat at German pancake restaurant and I said "no" as I was not sure if I really want to eat there. This tourist place Lausanne (loh-zahn) has two parts the lake Ouchy pronounced "ooshee" with good restaurants and the Olympic museum and the second is the old town. Mostly the hotels here are expensive, just few hotels are not expensive and my hubby and I stayed here for couple of nights. This place is steeper than it is big and lots of shopping stores you name it. When I was there, I am somewhat overwhelmed by climbing and there is no way to see this town without climbing. What a beautiful town is called Zermatt where the "Matterhorn" is one of the world's most famous mountain. It rises 4478 meters high, but it is not the highest mountain in Switzerland. The hotel in US Virgin Islands that we stayed in, is the Marriott Frenchman’s Reef was located in St. Thomas. We stayed there about seven days and the room was good and has a cleaning service. They have a fantastic view as it is by the water. You can see the cruise ships passing by and you can see the panoramic view and the beautiful blue crystal water. I liked staying this Frenchman’s Reef hotel. They have a great breakfast buffet like egg’s benedicts, variety of omelets that they will make fresh for you, fruits, bread, juices, oatmeal and other foods. My husband and I went Discovery Cove, I had lots of fun here, and we come here during my birthday. The price to get in here is somewhat expensive $$, but you will not regret if you like to swim with the dolphin and to do snorkel.
