First off, I am excited to say that my new site, Speed Explosion, is well in the works and will be arriving in the near future. The basic design is for the most part completed, and I am now in the process of looking over some of the many speed development programs out there. Finally, I have finished my scoring of what I have determined to be the top ten vertical jump programs. There have been a couple of small changes to the site and I have posted my list of the top ten vertical jump programs on the right hand column.
