| Devil's Advocate and Michele Bachmann Talk Energy, Part 2 | | 2008-06-26 18:16:31 | | Folks, I spoke to a few great Republican leaders again today regarding energy in America. By the way, Thad McCotter actually understands basic economics; I thought that was illegal for members of government.
The lineup of members were Michele Bachmann, John Peterson (PA-5), John Shimkus (IL-19), Thad McCotter (MI-11), and Whip Roy Blunt. Rep. Peterson has been at the forefront of the offshore...

| | Assisted-Suicide Advocate Dr. Jack Kevorkian Running for US Congress | | 2008-03-12 15:12:18 | |
I was very upset when I heard that this compassionate individual was sentenced to eight years for second-degree murder in the assisted death of Mr. Thomas Youk, who was a man suffering with Lou Gehrig's disease, and I wholeheartedly agree with his statement, "We need some honesty and sincerity instead of corrupt government in Washington," which is why I hope Dr. Kevorkian AND Dennis Kucinich win their coveted US Congressional seats.READ ABOUT THIS HERE Practice non-violence in your lives. I'm pretty sure it was a thinly veiled shot claiming Hilary is really a man. ;)Actually, if you really think about it, Edwards does have nicer hair, dress better, and is at least tolerable in his speaking voiceMaybe Elizabeth Edwards is on to something after all.... | | By: The Dissident Awakens | | |
| | Idiomatic expressions (idioms) - Express yourself. Be the devil's advocate! | | 2007-05-27 05:59:00 | | Found an interesting comment on Da Daily Donkey post:"Alam mo ba na ang donkey ay isa katangi-tanging hayop. Sabagay, pwedeng hayop at katangi-tangi ang ginawaran mo ng parangal. My suggestion ako, magnominate tau at pagbotohan natin..... Siyempre, fuel na din ang blog pag bumoto..... Hehehehehe!!!!! Great post! - Anonymous"Much thanks for the great comment! Simply put, the AnitoKid likes idiomatic expressions (idioms)! No! No! No! He loves them! And here is his spin on the money. Enjoy! An idiom is a combination of words with a special meaning that cannot be inferred from its separate parts. It is an absorbing interest to both foreign and native speakers of the English language. The English language is rich in idioms, and persons with only a superficial knowledge of English idioms will find themselves, more often than not, at a serious disadvantage in their reading, and even more so when they partake in discussions, friendly banters, and debates.
