Pick up the pack of cigarettes near the fence. Give the cigarettes to Chuck and he will tell you about an exit via one of the toilets at the rear of the building. Go to the 2nd of 3 toilets and click on the handle. Crouch down (by default: X key), and move to the opening. Upon your exit into the yard, you'll need to use your fists to knock out the guard right in front of you. Continue crawling across the small area between barracks and crouch down into the new opening. Crawl forward until the intersection and turn left. Follow the crawl space to the next intersection, turn LEFT. Exit the crawl space and knock out another guard. You'll cross over into another crawl space. | | Alcatraz Island "The Rock" | | 2007-12-01 22:10:00 | | There is no entrance fee to visit Alcatraz Island. However there is a charge for the ferry service to and from the island. Alcatraz Cruises handles all traffic to the island. It is advisable to reserve your tickets early. You may get lucky and be able to buy tickets at the dock but chances are they will be sold out. The ride over to the rock takes about 15 minutes. The boat holds several hundred people which are all herded toward a park ranger who gives an orientation about the island. My tip is just to head up the hill before the mass of people. Take the Alcatraz Cell house Audio Tour and it will lead you around the jail pointing out interesting facts and places. Be sure to take time to enjoy the view of San Francisco and the bay. Allow about three hours to roam around Alcatraz island. You can board any ship on the way back they arrive about every 30 minutes or so. For a more detailed tour try one of the night time tour's. Evening tour differs from daytime visits in several ways. It was an entertaining and fun read, especially since I could relate to the sentiment of loving the "creature feature" genre, the gas station video rentals...and thinking Dean Cain is under-rated as an actor. Il decreto legge annunciato oggi sui giornali è esattamente quel che speravamo di ottenere.Da oggi si possono installare impianti fotovoltaici, con procedure burocratiche semplificate e vendere energia elettrica a prezzi molto più alti di quelli che paghiamo quando la compriamo. Lo stato interviene coprendo la differenza.L’Enel pagherà infatti più di 40 centesimi di euro per ogni kilowatt prodotto (ci sono piccole varianti a secondo delle tipologie degli impianti).Fino a ieri il cittadino poteva produrre energia elettrica ma non la poteva vendere: la scontava dalla propria bolletta e se ne produceva di più di quanta ne consumava perdeva la parte eccedente (!!!). Quindi nessuno aveva interesse a produrre di più. Il sistema finalmente adottato si basa sugli incentivi versati direttamente sul prezzo d’acquisto. E’ il sistema che ha avuto enormesuccesso in Germania e altri paesi. Il che vuol dire che ogni famiglia può incrementare il propriobilancio familiare diventando microproduttrice di energia elettrica: un impianto che produce un kilowatt all’ora costa intorno ai 7 mila euro e rende 500 euro all’anno circa (ovviamente a Palermo c’è più sole che a Milano).Un altro aspetto interessante è che le banche possono offrire finanziamenti speciali per questo tipo di investimenti garantiti dalla produzione elettrica stessa: ricevi subito tutti i soldi che investi epoi hai un vantaggio crescente via via che gli utili dell’impianto coprono l’investimento.E’ veramente una gran cosa e apre in Italia la possibilità dello sviluppo dell’energia solare ma offre anche una forma di investimento per le famiglie italiane assolutamente sicura, proprio perché ègarantita dallo Stato, nel tempo, attraverso il prezzo incentivato dell’energia elettrica (Conto Energia).Con il Conto Energia lo Stato infatti si impegna a pagare l’energia elettrica prodotta da qualunque cittadino a un prezzo che è più del doppio di quello di | | By: PERUGIA Blog | | |
