Steve Ballmer sufre una lluvia de huevos
    2008-05-21 21:47:00

Why Steve Ballmer Will Keep Chasing Yahoo
    2008-04-29 22:54:55
By Saul Hansell : Why is Microsoft taking it sweet time showing its next move in the battle for Yahoo? I suspect it is simply arranging the forces for its next attack. Why? Because I don’t think Microsoft Chief Executive Steve Ballmer could accept giving up—that would mean Microsoft conceding that it simply could not be [...]

Ballmer Wears Poker Face in Advance of Ultimatum Deadline
    2008-04-24 17:25:02
Yahoo earnings? What Yahoo earnings? Steve Ballmer doesn’t seem to care about no stinking Yahoo earnings. Or their Google Adwords test. Or their three year revenue projections. Or their talks with Time Warner. Or forming the OpenSocial Foundation with Google. Or planning to make IndexTools free (like Google analytics). Ballmer wants Yahoo at $31 a share [...]

Microsoft CEO Steven A.Ballmer Forces Yahoo Board Members
    2008-04-06 09:22:44
Image by Sergiu Biris via FlickrAccording to TechCrunch, Microsoft CEO Steven A. Ballmer has just sent a letter on April 5, 2008 to all Yahoo Board Members implying that it is the time for MicroHo combination regardless of request for higher bid from Yahoo. This is a signal that Yahoo has not good alternatives and Microsoft is still interested in this deal.I think that the deal that Microsoft has made would not be changed if the first quarter earning report from Yahoo is not positive. Here are the full letter that TechCrunh shared on its blog and you can read the TechCrunh comments on this on Microsoft (Pretends To) Force Yahoo’s HandApril 5, 2008 Board of Directors Yahoo! Inc. 701 First Avenue Sunnyvale, CA 94089 Dear Members of the Board: It has now been more than two months since we made our proposal to acquire Yahoo! at a 62% premium to its closing price on January 31, 2008, the day prior to our announcement. Microsoft-hosted ERP coming, Ballmer says at Convergence
    2008-03-14 02:09:57
Microsoft-hosted enterprise resource planning (ERP) is in the company's plans, CEO Steve Ballmer said during this morning's Convergence 2008 keynote address.Microsoft will release Dynamics CRM Live, its vendor-hosted customer relationship management (CRM) software, by the end of June. It will be the first of several Microsoft-hosted Dynamics enterprise applications products, Ballmer said."You should expect to see more from us in ERP and other areas as we move into the future," he said.Ballmer's statements contradicted those of corporate vice president Michael Park, who denied any Microsoft-hosted ERP plans last week. Park told TechTarget that "the architecture we're making the [hosting] bet on is CRM. With ERP, we've got a good number of partners who are hosting it for us."Dynamics CRM Live has some Microsoft partners worried about competition with their own hosted CRM services. The prospect of Microsoft-hosted ERP isn't causing the same concern -- at least not yet -- according to Scot
