    2008-04-13 02:35:00
A lot of India bloggers today are now involve in the blogosphere. Yesterday, as I'm doing my blog hopping routine, I've noticed an India Blog. The first thing that catch my eyes is the blog's header.I think it's an India Temples which can be found on India. Aside from that, another thing that makes it special are it's blog posts that are very interesting. It is all about India and the new technology. India and Indians cope with the fast rise of modern technology.I've read all the blog posts of this Indian Blog and I'm quite amaze that Indians are also on the top as technology was the topic. Even though the blog was written in two language: English and Indian, still the blog was worth to read.

    Discoveries in the European blogosphere
    2007-12-24 16:31:14
A lot of readers of my books ask either for places to discuss European issues and/or for discussion forums to find out which are the current issues on Europe. Why do you need this kind of information?Because the future official should be able to understand and tackle complex issues from many different angles.Because the jury will often pose questions related to "hot" general issuesOne of the "hottest" places to participate in such discussion is the European blogosphere. The best articles and blogs I have recently discovered are:Blogs: Filling the EU's 'communication gap'? [Français][Deutsch]Getting a grip of the Euro-blogosphereEnnui and some new EU blogsThe blogosphere and the media - An analysis from Italy on how traditional media are giving way to blogsBlogosphere: the voice of Europe? Blogging for Profit: The Most Profitable Types of Blogs in the Blogosphere
    2007-08-14 21:35:00
Have you heard of the phrase 'Blogging for Profit'? Yes, some people are making success driving profits from blogs. The good news is, this can happen to you. If you love to write, blogging might be a profitable business model for you.Just as you can start with any topic to blog about, there are topics that are more profitable than others. If you are eyeing to drive some profit from your blog, you should pick a niche topic that has some solid affiliate programs and search revenue behind it. And if you have existing blogs, see how you can increase your earning capacity. The hottest topics to blog nowadays are those fall under internet marketing, cutting edge technology and politics. Arts and music related blogs also tend to draw a large audience.Aside from selecting niche topics, two types of blogs are immerging to be more profitable. They are the product review blogs and informational blogs.Product Review BlogsProduct review blogs are popular and profitable. They can be monetized with Adsense, Chitika eMiniMalls and affiliate marketing as some products have affiliate programs associated with them. Two successful blogs of this type are Gizmodo and The Gadget Blog. These blogs focus on news and reviews of the latest gadgets on the market andYou don't have to create blogs exactly like the above example as these blogs requires tremendous amount of search effort. Instead, you can narrow the theme to something like "the latest digital cameras" or "the latest mp3 players".Narrowing the theme will make your job easier, and assure you a much greater change of finding merchants who carry these products and have affiliate programs. There's virtually no cost to you to conduct product review and there's plenty of affiliate opportunities for them. Just describe the product, put up some product images and then, link to the website using your affiliate link.Informational BlogsMost internet marketing blogs fall under this category. An information focused blog is usually centered a

Liberalism Set to Destroy the Liberal Blogosphere
    2007-08-07 17:36:21
Leave it to liberals to destroy themselves with their own insanity. While the Far-Left blogosphere has been a dominant force over the last few years, ironically liberalism is on a mission to destroy it. Just like a microcosm of everything wrong with the Left, Progressives/Stalinists are now going to receive a taste of their own socialist stupidity. Two recent stories demonstrate that the liberal blogosphere will end the same way the Soviet Union did, from within. This past weekend was the Yearly Kos conference for lunatic liberal bloggers. Other than spewing nonsense, hating George Bush, and preventing a soldier from speaking, Gina Cooper, the confab’s organizer-in-chief had a problem with the event. Evidently, there were not enough women and minority bloggers there. Yes, apparently the compassionate liberals were not using affirmative action to ensure diversity at the convention. Cooper felt it was made up of too many white males and there was a socioeconomic gap too.Forget the fact

    Blogosphere B-Sides
    2007-07-27 02:47:48
While at Tales of the Cocktail I participated in the Cocktails and the Blogosphere session. Paul did a great job of rounding things up and doing all the prep work, while the rest of us just blathered on about our blogs. Being bloggers, we are naturally long-winded, and love when people listen to us. Really, blogging is a cry for attention, well that’s what my wife says anyway. I believe that information should be free and opinions matter, so I share what little I know and give you my opinion on all things drink related. But when four people share a stage and only have 75 minutes to divulge everything they know about cocktail blogs, we inevitably ran out of time. So here is a summary of some things we discussed and some things I would have liked to discuss.  Continue reading "Blogosphere B-Sides" »

    Singapore Blogosphere Politics
    2007-07-19 08:13:04
This Friday is Racial Harmony Day. Just a few days ago, the sltopsites politics seem to be over. I would regard that as international internet politic. I thought that such things would not happen in Singapore. But I was wrong. I got a surprise last night. Richard was going through his list of blogs at Singapore Topsites, waiting for approval. As he was going through the list, one blog which mention about XiaXue Vs Steven Lim caught his attention. We watched the interesting videos together. XiaXue.blogspot had won the Best Asian Blog in 2004 and 2005, Best Singapore blog 2003. When I first started blogging, Richard asked me to take a look at his blog. He told me to look at how other people can be successful in their blogs. Well, I never want to be famous or be a celebrity. I never seek more wealth nor fame. I just need enough money sufficient for the family, the children’s education and emergency fund, don’t have to think of retirement income. I went to her blog

Only to find out via the National Review that nobody from Thompson's crew said any such thing as the NR called and verified rather than risk publishing a rumor as fact.See what happens when one news agency just assumes that another news agency or a blog checked its facts? On the bright side Mr. Thompson got a free test on how much media coverage to expect when he does decide to announce he's running.

The Medical Blogosphere and the State of Healthcare Blogging
    2007-05-24 08:35:12
Healthcare Vox published an article earlier this week entitled “Is the Medical Blogosphere Dying?”, commenting on the number of well-known medical bloggers leaving the blogosphere. Although I don’t think the medical blogosphere is dying, recent events have been a catalyst for change and it’s definitely undergoing a transformation. The Blog That Ate Manhattan agrees, saying “I for one do not think that the medical blog is an endangered species”. Blogosphere: Around the Internets
    2007-05-17 19:48:31
I haven’t taken a spin around the blogosphere in a while and since I dropped the Matter Around the Water Cooler segment I figured occasionally I would swing around my favorite blogs and see whats going on… MiamiHeatWave Blog - Ron Artest would be a perfect fit in Miami. NBA Heat Fanhouse - Shaq wants Vince Carter in Miami Sox and Dawgs - Ian takes you on a spin around the AL and NL Central. Sox and Dawgs rawks. Oriole Post - Anthony gives you his take on the idiot file that is Lastings Milledge. Or as I like to call it the Ron Artest Syndrome. On the Beat - Israel Gutierrez talks about the upcoming NBA draft and the Heat’s needs. On Frozen Pond - The 1996 Florida Panthers are holding a reunion tour. The weekend is scheduled for sometime in July. Sun-Sentinel Marlins Blog - Juan Rodriguez talks about Hanley staying comfortable in the three hole for a while and Cabrera’s weight issues. baltimore orioles, blogosphere, boston red sox, florida marlins, florida
