    2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid Review
    2008-07-15 10:20:00
For a few years now, the auto industry has been dramatically shifting toward greener vehicles, particularly hybrids. Right now, Toyota is the clear frontrunner with three different models: the pioneering Prius, the Highlander Hybrid midsize SUV and finally the Camry Hybrid sedan. All of them enjoy strong sales, the Prius more so than the others. In response to critics who said that hybrids are always considerably more expensive than regular models, the Japanese auto giant made the Prius accessible to a larger number of buyers. Hot on the heels of the successful second-generation Prius, the Camry Hybrid was introduced for the 2007 model year. This is still the good old Camry as we know it. Aside from the powertrain, the only difference separating the hybrid from the gas-powered model is the pair of light-emitting diode (LED) rear tail lamps. Of course, there are subtle "Hybrid Synergy Drive" badges on the front fenders, but overall, the bodywork is identical, with the same flowing design

Value In The Toyota Camry Make It The Best
    2008-06-22 10:49:17
Do you know why cars like the Corolla's and the Camry's have invaded the U.S. mainland and why almost everybody else you know drives a Japanese? It's because the quality is just incomparable. I drove my first Camry back in 2001 and even back then the Camry's are the best. While I was driving that brand new white 2001 Camry, I couldn't argue. What struck me the most was the quality of the sound system. I was a big car tester myself back then. I drove a Grand Prix, a Sebring and about 5 others I couldn't remember anymore. 7 years after, only the Camry experience was the only one that stuck in my mind. Smooth drive, good acceleration and the built-in entertainment system are still the things that I remember with the 3 days I drove that Toyota.Koons, the biggest Toyota Camry dealer in Virginia gives you a chance to know more about this award-winning mid-size sedan and experience its driving pleasure. You definitely would want to check out their huge inventory of Toyota Camry Virginia area

Toyota beats Holden, Ford: Will build Camry Hybrid in Australia
    2008-06-11 06:11:00
Back when North American markets shunned RWD cars in the '80s and '90s, Australians couldn't get enough of them. That sentiment has been rapidly changing as the blokes down under are increasingly looking to integrate more efficient transportation into the Outback. The Australian government is in on the hybrid game, too, and has promised that any domestic automaker that produces a hybrid will be greeted with a fist-full of orders. Toyota is listening, and the Japanese automaker has green-lighted the production of 10,000 Camry hybrids per year at its Altona plant in Australia, making it the first automaker to build a production hybrid in the land of Oz. The announcement comes only a few days after an Aussie legislator singled out Ford of Australia and Holden, GM's Australian division, as companies that need to produce hybrids domestically so the government doesn't have to buy imported Toyotas and Honda hybrids. Looks like it's time for the Australian government to make with the checks.

Toyota Camry hybrid hallelujah for car industry
    2008-06-11 03:16:00
The Federal Government revealed it would help Toyota by giving it $35 million from its $500 million Green Car Innovation Fund, money Toyota said could help subsidise the higher cost of the hybrid. Premier John Brumby joined Toyota executives and staff at Altona yesterday to celebrate the announcement, but refused to reveal how much Victorian taxpayers would be kicking in to the project. It's also unclear how many jobs the new production line will create. Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, who was at Toyota's headquarters in Nagoya yesterday for the announcement, said the new Camry hybrid would use 30 per cent less fuel than a conventional Camry, saving an average family who drove 20,000km a year $1000 from its annual fuel bill. Mr Rudd called the hybrid plan a "significant coup".

    2008 Toyota Camry Solara Review
    2007-10-29 10:45:22
What's New for 2008The 2008 Toyota Camry Solara coupe and convertible are unchanged.IntroductionUsually, the two-door variants within a model line are flashier and sportier than their four-door counterparts. This was true of the Toyota Camry Solara coupe and convertible right after they were redesigned back in 2004. Since then, though, they've been upstaged by the Camry sedan, which grew more powerful in last year's overhaul. The injustice continues into 2008, as the Solara siblings stand pat while winds of change swirl around them. Rival import-brand manufacturers have launched better-performing, edgier-looking coupes, and relatively affordable hardtop convertibles are crowding into soft-top Solara price territory. The Solara's diminishing appeal is due at least in part to its exterior styling, which although curvy and sophisticated, has never come across as trendy or youthful. This is particularly true when you look at the car from the back, as the rear deck appears to droop on bo

Today it is My Intention to Manifest a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid!
    2007-03-20 04:43:26
Today I am manifesting a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid! That's right and for all you folks out there who feel like that might be a tad materialistic, well your right! Nevertheless, the truth is that we are born into the world to enjoy everything that is on this planet from love, to yes even a Toyota Camry Hybrid! Wanting and desiring material items, in societies view has become a bad thing. We tend to place judgment on someone who desires material belongings. The problem is that so many of us suffer from a sense of powerlessness and lack of fulfillment in our lives that we desire external things to fill this void. That makes it unhealthy. But desiring material items can be apart of a healthy, happy and fulfilled existence if your desires are coming from a healthy perspective. Like some of you, I have always believed that wanting or desiring material belongings was selfish, materialistic, and shallow and didn't align with my spiritual values. Truth is I don't know where I came up with that. I must of always felt that some how if you desire material items you were less spiritual? The Universe is limitless. And with my new understanding, I embrace all that the world has to offer; including all of the wonderful inventions and glorious creations. Today I will manifest a Toyota Camry Hybrid and tomorrow I will manifest world peace! Not to mention our new baby girl, Baby Izzy says she is tired of driving around in a beat up old Toyota truck. Just an FYI if you haven't read the story of how Baby Izzy came into our lives you may want to take a look at The Power of the Secret. So sit down in a quiet spot and pick your fantasy vehicle, come on don't be shy you know you want it. You may want to get on the internet first and download a picture so you can capture it in your mind. Invite the Universe to bless you by saying "Today I invite the Universe to bless me in my effort to align myself with my soul." Visualize yourself sitting in your new car, f

    2006-04-01 00:18:21
One frequent thing people complain about hybrid vehicles is that they are much too costly. Competitive price for Toyota- significantly below the 2006 Honda Accord Hybrid which carries a sticker price of $31,540, including a $550 destination charge for models without a na

Ford to Go Head to Head with Camry, Accord

Could the 2006 Ford Fusion finally be Ford's chance to ease back into the big business sedan market where favorites Toyota Camry and Honda Accord continue to dominate? Maybe. The all-new 2006 Fusion, a modern, stylish, affordable midsize sedan, is taking the place of the aging Taurus, which formerly ruled the sedan market In the '90s before the Toyota Camry and Honda Accord came into the scene. The Taurus fell into disfavor with consumers following a not so favorable redesign in 1996 which sen
