| | By: Movies & Music | | |

Waterboarding is an old torture technique from the Spanish Inquisition. It consists of immobilizing the “target” on an inclined board, head down, with cloth covering his or her face. | The Marvel Super Heroes – Campy Theme Songs From the 1966 Cartoon Series | | 2008-07-07 13:55:14 | | The Marvel Super Heroes was an animated cartoon series, first broadcast on U.S. television in the 1960s.
The low budget series used the technique of xerography; a process that involved the use of photocopied images from comic books, which were then manipulated to animate the characters.
The program had five segments, and each one featured the adventures of a popular Marvel superhero. Captain America, The Incredible Hulk, The Invincible Iron Man, The Mighty Thor, and Prince Namor the Sub-Mariner were the characters showcased by the show.
After searching around a bit, I was able to find the theme songs for all the superheroes on the show. Some of them are quite campy, but still great fun to watch.

The Incredible Hulk
The Invincible Iron Man

| This Might(y) B the funniest cartoon evah! | | 2008-06-13 13:56:00 | | I have to admit.. I am a closet 'toonie.I don't watch 'toons as much as I used to, but I remember my adult 'toon career starting as early as 18 yrs old. Yup, fresh off the turnip truck, I would watch the Flintstones after a looooong night shift as a Hospital Corpsman at Naval Hospital, Bethesda, Maryland. I'd climb into my top bunk after a long night of scrubbing old, retired colonel butts and suctioning tracheostomies and watch Fred blunder through Bedrock, dragging Barney along on his meat-head meanderings. Loooooved it!Later, when I married the hubs, I got him hooked on Ren and Stimpy and South Park. Somewhere in there I started watching MTV's Liquid Television and got him hooked on Aeon Flux and Beavis and Butthead. Have I mentioned that I may be a bad influence? Ummm, I just said butt, heh heh.Recently, Nick premiered a new 'toon called Mighty B. | 5 Cartoon Characters we wish contemplated Suicide | | 2008-01-11 00:19:05 | | We all have watched cartoons whilst growing up in our lives. From the classics of Walt Disney, to the creations of Hanna and Barbera, all of these cartoons were genuinely exciting, awe-inspiring and entertaining. Some of these characters even left a mark in our lives, as some of us still own a spiderman costume or a superman shirt. But thats where the happy tidings stop because of other cartoon characters that made us want to scoop our eyes out with a fork or poke our ear drums with knitting needles. Today, we will compile of list of these cartoon characters and their illegit appearance with the term, "entertainment."#5 Scooby DooFirst of all, this dog was fucking annoying. All he ever did in the cartoon shows was to make stupid mistakes and then have the same old cliche-ed chase scene that even the Bollywood writers will ridicule. It is to our sheer amazement how this dumb dog even managed to live for so long without realizing that he was retarded, ridiculous and even rancid. As a dog, he couldnt bark and as a character, he barely talked... making him one of the most annoying characters out there. The only lines that he ever got in the show were "Yikes!!", "Shaggy" and "Scoooby Doobby Dooo", the latter being as melodious to the ears as a naked 400 pound woman moaning is to our ears. The only reason that we ever watched his show was to hope and pray that one day, the bad guy/ghost/monster will catch him and rip his head off. Sadly, it just never happened... hence we hope that he takes it upon himself so we don't have to watch another movie or another cartoon show with him in it. (Since we are so nice, we will even provide him with Scooby snacks, granted that he follows it up with committed suicide).#4 Ma-tiConfused on who he exactly is? Haha... we knew that all along because he is as useful in the Captain Planet series as a comb is to a bald guy. He is one of the planeteers who stumble across a ring which granted them power over one of the elements, sadly for him, | | By: From Jodhpur to LA | | |
