There are no pictures of the no-nonsense Sex and the City star after the said breast surgery and so far no comment from the actress' rep either. It is not unusual for women to go in for a breast augmentation procedure after emerging from a battle with cancer. While some women would prefer to proudly forgo prosthetic breasts, others would rather make a statement with breast implants.
