| On Being The Worst Decorator. | | 2007-06-20 19:49:49 | | I swore I would not go with a theme this time around. However, I have found myself decorating my kitchen in apples. Not literally, but I found a very cheap set of dishes, ($9.99!), with apples on them and, well, I couldn’t help myself. The cafe curtains that were left by the owner of the trailer are red-checkered and what else matches? Exactly. I’m lucky in the fact she left all of the curtains, several pictures, candle holders, even rugs-which she washed. I’m trying to decide how I should decorate the living room. The walls are beige, the couch is a medium toned, faux suede and I have two windows with white vertical blinds. Do I need a theme or just color-coordinate, goign with light/dark browns? Maybe I should take a picture so everyone can get a better idea of what I’m working with-it’s small but I want to make it cozy, not completely bare.
