A pass in the State Eligibility Test (SET) is stipulated as a mandatory qualification for appointment as Higher Secondary School Teachers as per the Special Rules in force.The Government have entrusted the Director, LBS Centre for Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram with the conduct of the SET 2008 on the basis of a syllabi approved by the Committee constituted for the purpose.
