Win Fights And Excel At Martial Arts...By Avoiding Commitment was written by Matt Numrich from jkdondvd.comAs a general rule of thumb, I'm very easy going on my students when they are learning street-fighting martial arts.I don't push them too far, too fast...and I don't put enormous amounts of pressure on them and try to make them "crack."However, one thing that really ticks me off...that I sometimes even raise my voice over...is when someone only practices and works on their favorite area of c...

    2008-07-07 23:50:37
Ever wonder how you could be different from others? How do you actually excel above mediocrity and achieve results? Well, this article would hopefully give you some useful pointers in doing that.Convert FEAR into ENERGYTo be different from others, you need to do what others fear to do. FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real. Look at your fellow network marketers. If they fear public speaking, volunteer and do it! If they fear cold-calling, you do it first! That way, you are able to venture into a new market outside the reach of your fellow network marketers.Curiousity is only the Beginning. Belief is the Fuel for SuccessWhen you encounter a new concept, you would feel extremely excited for a very brief period of time. To sustain yourself and continue pushing forward, you have to commit yourself and believe in whatever you are doing. Believe that what you are doing is wrong, should be done, and must be done. A strong belief would then be the fuel for Success!3 Must-Have Habits more useful...

A simple Class to export data to excel using PHP

While generating a report in your project, you might have to download the data into excel file using PHP. In most scenario, you have to display the report in a page and create a link to download the report in the excel file. Well in that scenario, i think i can help you with a simplified class and code of PHP.I've created three files in my example.1) class.export_excel.php - This file contains the code to export data in excel.2) export_excel.php - This file contains the code to assign values of the excel header and excel data. The header is one-dimentional array. And the other one is the values to be exported and this one is two-dimentional array. And this file also contain the "fn" named get method ($_GET) varible , which is the name of the file to be generated. If a file called "daily_report.xls" is to be generated then this file can be called as "export_excel.php?fn=daily_report".3) test.php - This file contains the data to be displayed in the web page and the same one will be...

How to embed fonts on Word, Excel, & PowerPoint files
    2007-12-04 04:46:00
Font style is an essential part of an Office file, especially when used for Presentations or on Reports. When used properly and effectively, it makes the output more interesting to the intended viewers. However, due to increased mobility and sharing in computer technology, it is sometimes difficult for a document to maintain its style when passed on to different users or opened on different computers. The use of files in PDF format is a very effective way in preserving font styles in a document. But the idea of using PDF (I think; at the moment) is still limited to selected individuals.Luckily, the new Office 2007 (by Microsoft) provides an easy way to maintain the font styles used in a document (Word, PowerPoint, or Excel) even if the computer where you'll open it doesn't contain the fonts you used. Here's how:1. Click the Office Button (the round button on the upper-leftmost corner of the interface)2. Select Word Options (or PowerPoint Options or Excel Options). A new window appears....

    Bug Excel 2007
    2007-10-15 18:10:56

Once you have passed the break even point and the monkey is off your back for a little while something you need to look at is developing the team you have around you, to build a successful company you need to develop the team, stretch them in areas of good performance and help bolster the areas of weakness, everyone can't be good at everything, and it is up to the senior leadership in the team to build up a full set of competences in the company. The former North Carolina senator was involved in one of the night's earliest and most memorable exchanges, criticizing his two chief rivals for their actions regarding the funding of the Iraq War. He complimented Clinton and Obama for eventually making the right vot...
