Blowing tire smoke for the camera is nothing new to Sam since his blue Mopar-mobile has been featured in many a BF Goodrich tire commercial. Unlike the Charger though, the Gallardo isn't quite the towering elephant. It is also equipped with all wheel drive, a feature that requires a bit more driving finesse in order to pull off an extended slide. forthcoming Lamborghini Gallardo LP550 in Portugal, ahead of its debut

Priddy says the car, painted orange but almost completely covered in
black tape, is said to be powered by a 5.2L V10 with 550hp. Priddy
says her photographer saw "some top-end cars, such as the Maserati
GranTurismo and Porsche 911 (on the track) testing. Among those cars
was an orange Lamborghini Gallardo covered in black tape. This
Gallardo had a different front bumper, smaller headlights, double dual
exhaust, and the rear ventilation grille was one single piece instead

The Gallardo LP550 has re-designed front and rear fascias and rides
on a stiffer body. Along with mechanical updates, an improved (and

Now, not only is the name a mouthful but just looking at the car made my mouth agape. The Gallardo Superleggera at the NYIAS was in a Borealis orange with dark gun metal gray wheels. The car is powered Lamborghini’s latest version of the 530HP V10 that revs all the way up to 8,000 rpm.
The Gallardo Superleggera is 154lbs lighter than the standard version of the Gallardo. The results of the weight reduction and improved engine is a 0-60 time of 3.8 seconds, 0.2 seconds than the standard model. An all suede interior only assists in making the Gallardo Superleggera even more of a luxury sports car. One aspect that helped reduce the weight of the car was a large incorporation of carbon fiber. As I said in my Lexus IS-F post ; if I won the lottery, the Gallardo Superleggera would be one of my first purchases.
