| Due to tremendous public interest, Darts Hill Garden Park will be open this weekend and, for the first time, visitors will be able to purchase plants propagated directly from the garden.
The park will be open on May 6 (admission by donation) from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Darts Hill Garden was bequeathed to the City of Surrey in 1994 by Francisca Darts and her husband Edwin, now deceased. A glorious expression of the pioneering spirit, enterprise, dedication and passion of a remarkable couple, Darts Hill is a rambling, non-themed sort of garden, with wildish parts, fragrant pathways, cathedral-like canopies and thousands of trees with intriguing forms and exotic blooms... |
