Great Body April Hunter Fitness Model and More
    2007-12-31 10:28:00
April Hunter is known as being much more than a fitness model. She was born on the 24th of September 1974 and was a professional wrestler, valet and fitness and glamor model, although her popularity is much higher than expected. The best example stands in her personal web site, AprilHunter.com, which features different movies and a paid monthly membership combined with a huge Internet following. April Hunter was voted as being the Most Popular Redhead on the Internet for several years running. She was born in Philadelphia although she eventually moved to Enterprise, Alabama after her parents split in order for her to live with the father. As many similar models she did start college but never finished it and dedicated her life towards something else. In April Hunter's case, it was not fitness but being an exotic dancer and eventually she started becoming an adult centerfold and fitness model. Her professional wrestling career is not big. You probably did see her in WCW and TNA, where she had a lot of success with the fans until she had to retire due to injuries. On the other hand, on August 30, 2006 she married a Canadian wrestler named Jordan Danyluk, also known as J.D. Michaels. To make everything more special, April Hunter is also slowly becoming a renowned journalist and photographer, having several articles and pictures published. Her fitness and modeling career in general was quite successful and she did pose for Penthouse, Maxim, Playboy, MuscleMag, Flex, Iron Man, American Curves, Pro Wrestling Illustrated and appeared in Vamperotica comic book character, different men and fitness magazines in Europe, UK, Asia and US, was a Met-RX spokesmodel and a fitness model for Better Bodies. April Hunter also appeared in some movies and clips. You can see her in Body of Work (2003), Oh! My Zombie Mermaid, W-Five, Just Another Romantic Wrestling Comedy (2005), The Chronicle and in various rap and rock videos on MTV.Although a lot of men saw April Hunter nude on the Inte...

Lately we have noticed that she does a lot of work as a fitness consultant and it is quite easy to do as she can speak English, Swiss-German, French and German. In 1997 Tanja Baumann gathered 3 more Swiss Titles and the second place at the World Championships that year. Tanja did win some prizes for fitness but I do think she will agree with the fact that it isn't all about the competition but about feeling great. Great Body - Alain Ngalani
    2007-09-21 00:00:00
Alain Ngalani, nicknamed "The Panther" was born on July 7 1975. He is a 2 time Muay Thai world champion and was formerly a VIP bodyguard in Ivory Coast. He then immigrated to Hong Kong, where he became a celebrity. What made him this popular is his brutal training regime (which we will show later on), one very intense and explosive. This can be seen in his fighting record. He held 24 fights, won 21 (all by brutal knockouts) and lost only 3. You can not deny that he has a great body and although we can see quite a lot of muscles on him, Ngalani is also very, very fast. He was actually considered as one of the fastest heavyweight fighters in the world by "Le Monde du Muscle". As with all high profile fighters, Alain Ngalani also has a trademark move. Just like Ken Shamrock has the ankle lock, Alain Ngalani has "The Panther High Kick", which was very successful in his fighting career. There are been a lot of rumors that Alain Ngalani might make a K-1 debut soon but these are so far just rumors. It will be interesting to see if this happens though. Let us now take a look at some clips of Alain Ngalani. First let us take a look at one biceps and triceps workout:Now how about a nice abs work out since people keep wanting to see abs work outs. This is pretty intens and you should not try this at home, especially the one with the pull up bar since you might get injured:And now, to finish in style, take a look at a compilation that features Alaign Ngalani training in various situations, various exercises in his brutal work out and more:...

    Great Body - Randy Couture
    2007-08-28 18:05:00
Randy Couture is quite an impressive UFC fighter. His can be categorized as a Greco-Roman wrestler, a folkstyle wrestler and a mixed martial arts fighter. At the moment he is the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) heavyweight champion and he is the only one that actually held both the light heavyweight and heavyweight division championships in the UFC. There are a lot of "only" in this fighter's career as you might know. Randy Couture is also the only five-time champion in UFC history and his inclusion in the UFC Hall of Fame came before he won a new title, making him the only athlete to win the UFC heavyweight title after the induction in the Hall of Fame.Randy Couture is quite old for UFC at 44 years but his style is very effective. Randy is known as a clinch-fighter but we can say his best attacks come from the fact that he uses a "ground and pound" assault. This basically means that he uses his wrestling technique to ground the opponent, assumes a top position and starts striking...

    Great Body - Ted Arcidi
    2007-08-19 08:14:00
Ted Arcidi is quite an impressive power lifter and former WWF/E, WCW professional wrestler. He was instrumental in the power trainings of two high profile superstars in wrestling: Triple H (Paul Levesque) and Chyna (Joanie Laurer). Ted Arcidi was the first man ever to lift 700 pounds in a bench press and would improve on it by setting a personal record of 725 pounds. His previous lift of 705 pounds in 1982 was a world record that would last for 8 years. Now Ted Arcidi owns the biggest women's gym in New England and has his own line of supplements called Arcidi Strength Systems. This big man is not a bodybuilder that goes to bodybuilding contests but you can learn a lot from him. I found a nice video of him training. Here is one of Ted Arcidi's lighter workouts:And here is the moment in which Ted Arcidi lifted 705 pounds:...
