YANKEE GLOBAL ENTERPRISES TO PARTNER WITH HARD ROCK TO CREATE NYY STEAKThe New York Yankees announced today that they have agreed to enter into a long-term agreement with Seminole Hard Rock Entertainment to open a 7,000-square-foot Hard Rock Cafe in the new Yankee Stadium. In addition, YGE Steakhouses, an affiliate of the Yankees’ parent company, Yankee Global Enterprises, has joined with Hard Rock Entertainment to create the newly-branded NYY Steak, a prime steakhouse also slated for the new Yankee Stadium. Both restaurants will be operated year-round.     The Hard Rock Cafe in Glorietta, Makati City, held its 1st Jeff Train's 8-Ball Tournament on May 27, 2008. Sponsored by Absolut Vodka and Coors Light, the 1st Jeff Train's 8-Ball Tournament was organized by my good friend Jesse Gonzales.     Hard Rock Cafe Bar-B-Que Beans

    2 15-ounce cans pinto beans (with liquid)2 tablespoons water2 teaspoons cornstarch1/2 cup ketchup1/3 cup white vinegar1/4 cup brown sugar2 tablespoons diced onion1 teaspoon prepared mustard1/2 teaspoon chili powder1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper1/2 cup shredded pork1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2. Pour entire contents of the can of pinto beans intoa casserole dish (with a lid).3. Dissolve the cornstarch in a small bowl with the 2tablespoons of water. Add this solution to the beansand stir.4. Add the remaining ingredients to the dish, stirwell and cover.5. Bake for 90 minutes or until the sauce thickens.Stir every 30 minutes.     It's the chunkiest dang chicken soup you'll ever slurp down and it comes from the firstworldwide theme eatery and hip hangout. Crank up the rock 'n roll and throw all this good stuffinto a pot and enjoy this final secret recipe in our series of mouth-watering soup clones. Bah-byewinter!1 pound chicken breast fillets1 pound chicken thigh filletsvegetable oil2 tablespoons butter1 cup chopped onion1/2 cup diced celery4 cups chicken stock2 cups water1 cup sliced carrot1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper1/2 teaspoon minced fresh parsley2 cups egg noodlesGarnishminced fresh parsley1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.2.Rub a little vegetable oil over the surface of each piece of chicken and arrange them on abaking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove the chicken from the oven when it's done and set itaside to cool.3.Melt the butter in a large saucepan or dutch oven over medium heat.
