| PERAS "BELLA HELENA" | | 2008-05-14 18:57:00 | | INGREDIENTES:4 peras300 ml de agua2 clavos1 rama de canela6 cucharadas de azúcar glasPara la salsa de chocolate:200 gramos de chocolate fondant200 ml de nata125 ml de leche150 gramos de azúcar moreno2 cucharadas de mantequillaPREPARACIÓN:Se pelan las peras, quitándoles el corazón cuidadosamente desde el extremo opuesto a los rabitos. Éstos se dejan sin quitar.Es conveniente rociar las peras con zumo de limón para que no se oxiden.Se calienta el agua en un cazo, al que se le añade el azúcar glas. Se disuelve a fuego lento y se añaden las peras, los clavos y la canela.Llevar a ebullición y bajar el fuego. Cocer unos 2o minutos.Hay que tener en cuenta que las peras deben quedar cubiertas por el agua. Agregar más si es necesario.Preparación de la salsa de chocolate:Se pone en un cazo aparte la leche, la nata, el azúcar moreno y la mantequilla.
