    Hot Dog
    2008-06-10 10:53:34
Well its finally SUMMER and the temperatures have been climbing steadily between thundershowers too quick to cool things off. Bo isn’t exactly a fan of the heat. I can’t imagine how much he would have liked Mississippi as its just as hot and more humid there where we have a slightly dryer heat (although [...]...

    Hot Dog, Hot Dog
    2008-05-30 19:09:00
Every time I call my sister, or my mom, my nephew, Choppy (nickname, relax), wants to sing me a song. Every time its the same song. The final song from Mickey Mouse Club House. For christmas I bought him the Mouse ears and it plays the song. My sister wants to bury it in the backyard, but Choppy has it wherever he goes. Ha ha ha, the joys of being an aunt. Here's the song.......

Bad LSD Trip with a Talking Hot Dog
    2008-04-29 21:56:45
When I was a kid the principal of my school would periodically gather us all up and show us anti-drug films. I remember one in particular where a guy took a couple of puffs off a “marijuana cigarette” then looked at his reflection in a mirror and watched his face melt. That was pretty terrifying [...]...

Red Sox Fans Are Better Hot Dog Eaters
    2008-03-27 10:53:00
Here's a blast from the recent past for my 1,300th post. My buddy Chris just posted this clip on YouTube, and it's from YES' "Ultimate Road Trip" show, about four Yankees fans who follow the team and go to every game. Before the Red Sox-Yankees game of May 27, 2005, a challenge was settled between the Road Trippers and Red Sox Nation outside of Yankee Stadium. Dave of the Road Trippers took on Charles, a friend of mine and Chris'. I was present for it, as I was leading the cheers behind Charles. (I'm wearing a road Sox jersey.) I gathered up some Red Sox fans who were going to that night's game, and we formed a rooting section. (Notice there's one Yankee fan wearing a "Who's Your Daddy" anti-Red Sox shirt. In 2005. I guess he forgot what happened the previous October.)It was no contest, as Charles won easily. But the price the Road Trippers had to pay was that they ALL had to wear a Red Sox shirt into the ballpark for the entire game. (If Charles had lost, he had to wear a Yankee shirt...

Real Thing: New York Hot Dog Vendor Cart
    2008-03-07 10:32:47
If making money online doesn’t work out! This is the authentic hot dog vendor’s cart, found on the streets and in the parks of New York City today, continuing the city’s robust street food tradition that began in the late 19th century. Made of durable food-grade 18-gauge stainless steel, the cart rolls on two 20" pneumatic [...]...

Hot Dogs and games, what a delicious combination ! It’s Dubya’s first day at the job and it’s all a bit confusing. Not to worry, create meals and deliver them to customers, it’s simple, but you have to hurry up, customers don’t like to wait. Good luck, you’ll need it ! Related posts Super Mario World [...]...

    The Hot Dog Truck revisited
    2007-11-29 18:28:55
Sometimes when we are busy looking for the next new thing to do, it is not a bad thing to look back and see what you did in the past. This blog has been through a lot of changes in design and emphasis and content and direction, yet I feel like taking a step back in time today and doing a review of another blog, something I haven't done for a long time (except where there was the lure of payment or a possible prize). I have become so 'sold out' that I have almost forgotten where I began. The PR changes will be turning the blogging world around and maybe that is no bad thing...Today I revisited The HotDogMan, and am happy to report that he still has his PR4, not only that, but he has one of the most entertaining blogs that I have come across since I started blogging. Even those posts which may actually be...possibly...well.. in some way...sponsored... are just as entertaining as the stuff he 'dishes out' straight from his own thoughts and life in general. After reading the tales from the HotDogTruck again, I am inspired once again to rethink the direction of munny4hunny, especially as there may be a dearth of chances to get paid to blog in the coming months.Hat's off once again to the man who brings us laughter as he hands out the dogs, age-old wise advice as he fries the onions and the benefit of his vast experience as he lightly tosses a salad....

Light LEDs in a Hot Dog
    2007-07-06 13:03:14
Have you ever seen LEDs powered through a hot dog before? Well Evil Mad Scientist Laboratories has been having some fun running some juice through a hot dog and lighting LEDs that were simply stuck into the hot dog. “If you’re *not* going to eat the hot dog, a neat trick is to stick a bunch of standard LEDs into it. (Yes, this really works!) Apparently the voltage between nearby points on the hot dog is fairly low, since the LEDs don’t seem to burn out. As the hot dog cooks, the resistance of the hot dog increases and the LEDs get dimmer since less current can flow through them. If you look *very* closely (or take a time lapse movie) you can see the LEDs move further apart as the hot dog swells during cooking.” ...

Hot Dog on a Stick Hot Dog.
    2007-04-29 15:37:50
One hot summer day in 1946 Dave Barham was inspired to dip a hot dog into his mother'scornbread batter, then deep fry it to a golden brown. The first Hot Dog on a Stick was born, andDave soon found a quaint Santa Monica, California location near the beach to offer his newcreation along with a tall glass of ice-cold lemonade and mustard on the side. The chain uses only turkey dogs for this treat, so we'll do the same. Just be sure you find the shorter dogs, not "bun-length." This time size does matter. For the stick, simply snag some of the disposable wood chopsticks from a local Chinese or Japanese food restaurant next time you're there.2 cups flour3/4 cup corn meal1/2 cup sugar1 3/4 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon baking soda1 3/4 cups fat-free milk2 egg yolks, slightly beaten10 turkey hot dogs8-10 cups of vegetable oil5 pairs of chopsticks1.Preheat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 375 degrees.2.Combine the flour, corn meal, sugar, salt and baking soda in a large bowl.3.Combine the milk and egg ...
