A very big congratulations goes out to Big Brown and his jockey Kent Desormeaux. Although the derby did see a huge tragedy at the end of the race, Eight Bells the only philly in the race was euthanized shorty after she finished second. It was just such a sad sight to see, and obviously all condolences go out to her owner, trainers, and jockey.
