This is another picture of my red sphere on a piece of wood. It's not exactly a sphere but I still don't know how to describe it better so that the title gets not too complicate. Anyhow, I always carry this sphere with me. It's a part of my equipment when I am on the road with my camera and lenses.
Dies ist ein weiteres Bild meiner roten Kugel auf einem Stueck Holz. Ich weiss, dass dies nicht wirklich eine Kugel ist. Ich weiss aber immer noch nicht, wie ich es besser beschreiben koennte, ohne den Titel zu kompliziert zu machen. Egal. Ich nehme die Kugel immer mit. Sie ist sozusagen Teil meiner Ausruestung, wenn ich mit meiner Kamera und den Objektiven unterwegs bin.

I know that it's not exactly a sphere but I don't know how to describe it better so that the title gets not too complicate. Anyhow, we found this piece of washed ashore wood while having a walk at the beach. I took some shots of the wood but I thought that there is something missing. The picture looked kind of boring. We continued our walk and finally came to a little gift-shop where we found this red sphere (as you may be recognizing I still use this term until you believe me that it's a sphere :-)
I put the sphere on top of the wood and -- Voilà! -- mission accomplished.
Ich weiss, dass dies nicht wirklich eine Kugel ist. Ich weiss aber auch nicht, wie ich es besser beschreiben koennte, ohne den Titel zu kompliziert zu machen. Egal. Wir fanden dieses angeschwemmte Stueck Holz auf einem Spaziergang am Strand. Ich machte ein paar Bilder vom Holz, aber etwas fehlte. Das Bild kam mir irgendwie langweilig vor. Closeup of a sphere made of rattan or something like this. I put the sphere into a lightcube to get a nice white background.
Nahaufnahme einer Kugel aus Rattan oder einem aehnlichen Material. Ich fotografierte die Kugel in einem Lichtwuerfel um einen schoenen weissen Hintergrund zu bekommen.
