    Everyone has their own individual ways to lose weight.  For me, and actually for a lot of people out there, it’s Weight Watchers.  Since we’re basically starting this blog all over again, I want to let people know about certain diet plans that may work for them.  Some people are lucky and don’t need a plan - I give you a lot of credit for that too!  For me, I’m a Weight Watchers girl through and through, and I think if some of you are just starting out you may find it helpful to check out Weight Watchers.  I don’t have the will power or the dedication to watch what I eat without it.  The fact is, as some people here are well aware, I enjoy eating out - A LOT!  Since I lack dedication it was almost impossible to sacrifice my eating out for the sake of my eating healthy.  Sure, I tried to order the broiled chicken with veggies when I went out to eat, but let’s face it, that isn’t much fun for me.  Before Weight Watchers I would go to places like Chili’s and order the Bloomin’ Onion for an appetizer, and a boneless buffalo chicken salad for dinner.  I often rationalized thinking that since I was eating a “salad” that it was okay for me.  Yeah, and pigs fly.  It wasn’t until I found Weight Watchers and started counting the points that I found out that a bloomin’ onion was 91 points - um, yeah, you WW’ers heard me - 91 points, and the buffalo chicken salad was 32 points including the blue cheese dressing that I weighed it down with.  Considering most people in Weight Watchers start with between 25 adn 35 points, you can see how I would freak out because of my bad eating habits.  Weight Watchers is simple.  There is the Core plan and the Flex Plan.  The core plan focuses on eating healthy foods all of the time such as whole grains, veggies, and fruits, and the Flex plan counts points.  Each food is g
