Sports, the New York Yankees slugger is "at the half-yard line" in negotiations to reach a deal to meet with George Mitchell to discuss his involvement with steroids.To me, this 'deal' is just another in a long line of examples of Selig making a mockery of the game.Basically, if reports are accurate, Giambi is going to be allowed to testify without being asked to give names of other players or discuss anyone else's potential involvement with performance-enhancing drugs.Huh?
