Behind the blonde hair and nu vogue wardrobe lied a rather intriquing and accomplished visual artist - an artist that would change society and help usher in the “pop culture". Andy Warhol was a catalyst for a new world structuralization of our normal psyche, revealing a new and a exciting chapter in our ways of viewing the art world. He showed that the visual arts can commune with and influence all in a very profund way.The vision of Andy Warhol was in the changing of what we as consumers of visual communication consider art, and thereby challenging the established criteria by which the arts are judged by the art world elite.
