Setup was painless after overcoming an unfounded initial apprehention. Basically tighten everything securely and then adjust the derailer by shifting down and positioning the chain as indicated in the manual. Post-setup, the manual becomes a fine reference volume for your home library.I customized my ride by removing most of the stickered flair, adding a bell, and then zip-tying a flagpole to the rear of the frame near the chainguard.
