The houses buitle by Warmington Homes ca, are designed to be solar powered as each home will have its own 2 kilowatt solar panel electric system units situated on the roof, the development id believed to be the largest of its kind in the Bay area, but the homes comes at a price $800,000 to over $1,000,000, there is a range in size too, around 1,200 sq ft up to about 1,600 sq ft.
It would appear that there are quite a few interested parties, as over 25% of the development have all ready be sold off plan.
