Give activated charcoal and laxative
Charcoal = decrease absorption of poison
Laxative = flush out poison
Aspirin - acid = kussmaul's respiration
Tylenol - liver damage, monitor liver enzymes
Rat poison - made of coumadin = bleeding
Paint chips - contains lead, assess children living in old houses (paint)
Plumbism - contains lead, assess old pipelines
