nb : la bonne pout(ss)ine du canada fait régulièrement irruption dans mon assiette. Comme c'est bon d'avoir des espions avec une grosse valise. Amis et famille d'outre-atlantique, me pardonnerez-vous pour cette infâmie, mais le fromage en grain est introuvable en france. Il m'a fallu composer avec la mozzarella, c'est ce qui s'en rapproche le plus, niveau goût (à savoir pas de goût) ! I was introduced to this culinary delight by a friend of mine some time ago. She used to send me red cross parcels of this sauce because you can't get it in this country.
