Stefan created the droplets of water in the video using RealFlow and 3D Studio Max.

| Nude Track By Radiohead Played With Obsolete Gadgets | | 2008-06-06 15:17:47 | | In response to Radiohead’s online contest to remix the ‘Nude’ track, James Houston rigged together some outdated and obsolete computer devices and peripherals to recreate the song, and a brilliant music video.
He used a Sinclair ZX Spectrum (which I owned, and spent frustratingly long hours loading and playing the 8-bit Batman game with) for rhythm and lead guitars, an Epson LX-81 Dot Matrix Printer for drums, an HP Scanner for bass guitar, and old and dying hard drives were used as speakers to reproduce the vocals.
The video starts out a bit slow, but after it reaches the 1:10 minute mark, things really pick up.

Robert Hodgin originally intended his music video to be an entry for Radiohead’s Animated Music Video Contest on Aniboom. The song in the video is Weird Fishes/Arpeggi from the controversial In Rainbows music album.
He created the video with Processing, an open source programming language and environment.

| Radiohead - All I Need - Music Video | | 2008-05-06 13:13:56 | | Part music video, part awareness commercial, the video for Radiohead’s single ‘All I Need‘ seeks to raise awareness about child trafficking - a wretched manmade cancer which has reached endemic proportions in poorer countries.
The video was created by MTV in collaboration with Colman Rasic Carrasco, a Sydney based agency. The single from Radiohead’s groundbreaking ‘In Rainbows’ album makes a perfect foil for the visuals in the video.
As a father of a young child, I found the video quite depressing, but it also made me think about the thousands of children unfortunate enough to be born in poverty. We sure have a lot to be thankful for in life.

| Radiohead @ Rough Trade East...well 93 Feet East | | 2008-01-19 10:11:00 | | What a day!My last 24 hours of freedom before starting a new job changed from a relaxed day in to a frustrated but extremely exciting day in East London in a moment when DrownedInSound announced the gig of a lifetime at midday, Radiohead at Rough Trade East! I started queuing at 2 and managed to get a wristband. The way i felt must have been the way Charlie felt when he found his golden ticket, i was so excited. That was at 6 but it wouldn't be until 10.20, after a venue change due to security reason, a mass rush to the new venue and some more anxious waiting, until me and the 200/250 other ultra-lucky souls were crammed into 93 Feet East and watched Thom, Ed, Jonny, Colin and Phil take to the tiny stage. The reaction of the crowd was electric, probably a release of frustrated energy from the chaotic day and a gasp of relief that the moment had actually arrived.From the first glitchy beats of 15 Steps, the band oozed a confidence and an enthusiasm that made the track blisteringly good. The fact that they hadn't taken to a stage together since August 2006 didn't show one bit as every part was perfectly in place, the band looked so happy to be there. They played the rest of In Rainbows in full and in order. Bodysnatchers' insistent riff made the already fervent crowd dance and shake even more passionately but it wasn't until Nude that the reality of the situation really struck me. I was watching Radiohead!Thom Yorke's vocal performance was immense. Nude showcased this in all its stripped down, lounging beauty, especially when he hits that long note at the end of the line "For what your dirty mind is thinking" i was left gasping and the silence was extraordinary. The rest of the main set carried on in this fashion, eye-goggling and mind-blowing, and it really laid out how strong an album In Rainbows is. | Oasis, Jamiroquai to follow Radiohead’s lead | | 2007-10-10 12:10:41 | | The Telegraph reports that, Oasis and Jamiroquai are the latest bands contemplating a free release of their upcoming albums on the Internet. This follows the spectacular pre-orders for Radiohead’s pay-as-you-please album ‘In Rainbows‘, which was unleashed on the unsuspecting music community, used to rampant illegal file-sharing and hefty lawsuits by the RIAA. Amazingly, according to the maverick band’s spokesman, most buyers have ordered the £40 box set, eschewing the opportunity to almost get it for free. Snip from the article:
The band’s website topped the chart of music websites with an 11-fold increase in internet hits after the announcement, according to internet monitoring agency HitWise.
Now Jamiroquai and Oasis, two major names that are not contracted to a record labels, are rumoured to be considering following Radiohead by offering work for free, according to industry sources.
Radiohead refuse to reveal how many fans have pre-ordered their seventh album, In Rainbows, but figures from HitWise show the move pushed the site up from number 43 to the top slot for music websites in the UK.
This is a win-win situation for everyone involved, except maybe for the Record companies as they must be going bonkers. The band gets exposure and makes more money and the fans are just too happy to get their music legally at the right price. Is this the beginning of the next music revolution ?

Radiohead é um grupo de rock alternativo, considerada uma das mais importantes bandas de rock na atualidade.
Nasceu no fim dos anos 80, em Oxford, Inglaterra, originalmente sob o nome On A Friday (referência ao único dia da semana em que os membros conseguiam se reunir para ensaiar, Sexta-feira).
O nome Radiohead veio de uma música dos Talking Heads, uma das influências da banda, chamada “Radio Head”. Outros artistas que influenciaram o Radiohead são Joy Division, Elvis Costello, Aphex Twin, REM e Pink Floyd.
Em 1991, lançam o EP “Creep”, que estoura no Reino Unido e alavanca o sucesso do primeiro disco, “Pablo Honey” (1993). “PabloHoney” transita por um limbo pois a producao dos competentes e norte-americanos Paul Kolderie e Sean Slade tras algumas referencias do rock alternativo norte-americano dos anos 90 (ou seja ,do grunge) e isso faz o album por vezes perder um pouco de sua identidade.
