The birth control pill is highly effective if you take the pill exactly as directed by your health care provider. The pill is to be taken once a day, at the same time everyday. Be sure to have back-up contraception such as condoms during the remainder of the pill cycle when diarrhea or vomiting occur, or when you are taking some other medication that could change the effectiveness of the birth control pills. These are some recent poems I wrote during a sleepless night of constant tears. Though you may not understand these poems, they are my way of venting some of the deepest pain I have. I don't always feel this way, but when I do, I release it in rhyming lines like these. It's one of the ways I show how tough this little cookie is. Although sometimes I do crumble. These poems are not about one person in particular, but many. I also describe different occasions instead of just one.
