The Difference between being a Democratic and A Republican
    2008-08-29 13:23:37
The elections’ process in the United States of America is another civilized way of choosing the president and leader of this country. The way the campaigns are made and the celebrations of declaring the candidates is amazing in which the people are given a chance to know who they are going to elect. The democratic candidate [...]...

Jerome Corsi - Conservative - Not Republican - New Obama Book
    2008-08-15 12:58:18
ANOTHER FAKE Jerome Corsi is once again being feted through the conservative world with his new "expose" on Barack Obama. He is a blessing to the conservative cause.  He is helping win the war against Obama, right?  He may be "right" but he sure the heck isn't Republican.  Jerome Corsi is another one of those conservative fakes.  Have you seen anywhere on the "conservative" media or FOX where Corsi is exposed as something other than Republican?  No.  Why?  Well, everyone needs to believe the cannard that ALL CONSERVATIVES ARE REPUBLICAN.  They are not.  The conservatives who do the worst damage ......

Maricopa County's Republican Nazi Supporters (video)

RUSSELL PEARCE & HIS NAZI FRIENDSThe only people who are being fooled by the anti-McCain dregs of the GOP in Maricopa County are some our good conservatives who will follow anything that calls itself conservative, even if it has the rank odor of a rotting corpse. It's one thing to go after the GOP if you are a Democrat, simply on nasty politics, that's the name of the game. When conservatives who have made their home in the GOP like a bunch of maggots they are give the party a bad name, it's time to clean house. For months ......

Liberal Fascism in America: Leftist Group Sends Warning Letters to Republican Donors
    2008-08-09 14:17:48
Whenever I think that the Left has reached the pinnacle of abject absurdity, I wake up to read the New York Times and find them proving me wrong once again. The same people who argue for an ideology of tolerance and unity will now be supporting their message by resorting to the thuggish tactics of the Brownshirt Fascists. Within the next few weeks, over 10,000 donors to Republican causes will receive a letter in the mail from Tom Matzzie and his Leftist political group, Accountable America. The warning letter is intended as a first step, alerting donors who might be considering giving to right-wing groups to a variety of potential dangers, including legal trouble, public exposure and watchdog groups digging through their lives. While this plan is fascistic in form and substance, it is not going to have the effect that Matzzie desires. Primarily, it will result in energizing people who are unenthusiastic about John McCain to get behind his cause. Even if one is not for McCain, it is s...

Lack of attribution a problem at the Springfield Republican
    2008-07-28 21:55:21
Someone commented today on my most recent story about the Open Pantry, in which I decried reporter Stephanie Barry's coverage of the OP's press conference where director Kevin Noonan spoke. She used phrases like "Noonan's detractors" and "homeless advocates" without ever attributing their opinions to any individual. At the time I thought (and it may still be true) that what I saw as the article's bias stemmed from a negative attitude toward Noonan from city officials that the reporter picked up on and reflected.Today, though, my commenter pointed me toward a Sunday story by Barry on district attorneys' salary that makes me wonder what's going on at the Republican.Barry's story is coming along fine; she talks about salary disparities across the state and then lists the names, job descriptions and salaries of Hampden County's assistant district attorneys. Then she goes back to the last name on her list, Assistant DA Maria F. Rodriguez-Maleck.Of Bennett's top 10 earners, only Rodriguez...

Ad Wars: Republican Senator Embraces Obama

Steelman is positive for half of "Missouri First," talking about her work to create jobs and limit spending. The ad then turns negative, attacking Republican rival Kenny Hulshof's spending record. I'm not sure how effective the ad really is--it's as if the campaign can't decide the message they want to send, so they crammed as many blanket phrases in as possible, creating a really disjointed commercial.Steelman continues to attack Hulshof's spending in "Ed and Orville." The ad hits Hulshof for voting for various earmarks while in Congress. This ad is far more effective. It has a clear message and an interesting delivery.Senate Watch: ColoradoDemocratic ...

Non Republican Conservatives Are Causing Problems for the GOP
    2008-05-19 14:26:08
THE INTELLECTUAL DISHONESTY OF THE FAR RIGHTThis is yet another in the series I am doing on how non Republican conservatives are destroying the GOP.  The past part looked at the sources of the problem.  Today we examine how pervasive the problem is.  This is another of those pieces where I've been working on for several weeks. The most important lesson we can take to the ballot box this political season is the fact that there is an energized conservative movement that is completely independent of the GOP.  They are made up of several factions I will detail below.  ......

Republican Race goes round in circles
    2008-05-09 08:46:27
According to the Daily Telegraph, the Republican race is really over. Click on to their "Republican Nomination Race" link and you go straight to the Democratic one. Ron Paul is still in with the desire to get as many delegates as possible, but there is no desire to show it from the Telegraph's point of view. Ron Paul got 8% in North Carolina, and Mike Huckabee did even better on 12%! In Indiana, Mitt Romney was on the ticket as well and managed 5%. These guys are out of the race apparently, but that doesn't stop some people wanting to vote for them! The press is very "sided", so the maxim "don't always believe what you read in the papers" is very true....

THEY BETRAY THEIR “CONSERVATIVE” IDEALSI think there is this false perception that I do not like conservatives, and have something against them.  In a way that is true.  I am conservative.  The only change I’ve been through in about 20 years of political evolution is the fact that I am now against the death penalty simply because I am so staunchly pro-life.  It is rather ludicrous to be against abortion, but yet want to put criminals to death.  It just doesn’t work.  Other than that, I am as conservative (maybe a little more) as I was when Reagan was ......

    Romney Antipathy and Republican Hypocrisy
    2008-02-01 11:13:00
Mitt Romney has emerged as John McCain's final rival for the Republican nomination. However, despite all of Romney's advantages, McCain is well positioned to demolish him on Super Tuesday and become the de facto Republican presidential nominee. This is all the more striking given how strong Romney appears to be on paper and how much dissatisfaction the conservative punditry has for McCain. Even those who might be sympathetic towards Romney are writing him off, as this article by Stephen Hayes of the Weekly Standard suggests. So in this post I'll address why Romney has struggled so much and why so many people simply don't care much for him or his campaign. And I'll also address how these reasons for knocking Romney make his Republican detractors look like, well, Democrats. For starters, Romney is personally wealthy. Of all the candidates remaining, Romney has the highest net worth. (He's worth over $200 million.) Republicans loved to criticize John Edwards for his large house and e...

As much as I hate saying it (and I really do hate saying it), I'd say the real winner on the Nevada Republican side yesterday was Ron Paul. He came in a far second behind Mitt Romney, who was the only candidate to really contest this race. Republican vs. Conservative
    2008-01-11 01:04:07
It seems as if both parties—Republicans and Democrats—are now squarely located in the center. The welfare-warfare state is simply accepted, unquestioningly, by the leadership of both parties. At this stage the question must be asked: are Republicans conservatives anymore? David Hill has doubts:Republicans, as a whole, are not as conservative as they once were. Research results I am seeing suggest to me that this is key to why the rules are changing. Conservatives no longer benefit from the domination they once enjoyed. So does Bruce Ramsey of the Seattle Times, who observes:Recently I met a general who had served over there, and I asked him why we had started a war with Iraq. He paused, dropped his voice, and made me promise not to quote him. Then he only hinted at an answer, which seemed to be that we invaded Iraq because George W. Bush wanted to.What is the matter with Republicans that they get us into wars like this? Rarely does war achieve conservative ends. It pokes holes in the rule of law. It flouts morality. It sunders families. It unbalances budgets and undermines currencies. Look what it has done to the dollar. My theory about Republicans is that the Cold War damaged their DNA. For decades they were the party that was ready to fight, fight, fight. Well, communism is dead. The Red Army is gone. The new enemy is a man hiding in a cave somewhere, and other men in Baghdad who make bombs in little rooms. To protect me from these guys, Republicans have declared a War on Terra, and I don't need it.Somebody has to make this party wake up....[Ron Paul] offers Republicans an idea for rebranding themselves as the nation's conservative party by scaling back on world management and foreign war. Paul will not decide the outcome in November, but his ideas matter for the future of America's conservative party. Can't say it any better than that. This is an issue that won't go away. If something doesn't change, the GOP is in for a world of hurt....

Mike Huckabee: Undecided Republican's New Fad
    2007-12-20 19:41:12
When I think back to my days in elementary school (or grammar/primary school, for you Brits), one word will always pop into my head: fads. Power Rangers, Pokemon, etc. You know what I’m talking about. It’s one word the Republicans of Iowa and New Hampshire should keep in mind as well, as Mike Huckabee skyrockets in the polls. Mike Huckabee is just another Republican fad, during their desperate search for the right candidate.First there was Bill Frist, who decided not to run after a 2006 congressional loss. Then there was John McCain, the maverick from 2000, who fell out of style when the media focused attention on his stand on immigration. Soon after Rudy Giuliani, who was temporarily displaced by Fred Thompson before recapturing the lead. Then, more recently, Mitt Romney looked like he would be the nominee. Had his strategy of going for the early states worked? Had the GOP finally decided on a candidate? No. Huckabee plodded along at the perfect moment, taking advantage of the doubt at the ideal moment. As the wise old political analysts say, he said the right thing at the right time. His campaign accelerated in the first week of December, and hasn’t looked back since. Nevertheless, the Huckster has reason to worry – the wise old political analyst is predicting his downfall.Just a fadLet’s go through the basics a campaign needs to succeed in any state. First of all, funds. You’re not going to get anything done if you don’t have any cash money to do it with. Second, organization. Hillary Clinton showed us the importance of political organization. Thirdly, support for basic beliefs.Let’s go through these. Funds? Nope. Organization? Not really. Basic beliefs? Besides Christian fundamentalism, not so much.Huckabee’s positions on nearly every major issue contradict in basic ways with the fundamental ideas of the Republican Party. His foreign policy in many ways do not correspond with the hawks of his party. He has gone as far as to criticize the President...

Iowa Republican Presidential Debate Live Blog
    2007-12-12 14:36:31
2:25: In comparison to recent debates and campaign activity, this debate was very subdued. The lack of fireworks has to help Mike Huckabee, but it's clear he has a big bullseye on his back now. Unlike almost every previous debate, Rudy Giuliani essentially went unnoticed. He was probably hoping to see a few more nasty exchanges today, however, to keep the field divided and boosting his New Hampshire and February 5 chances. 2:24: That's all folks. 2:23: Tom Tancredo, Huckabee's biggest detractor today, again attacks the former Arkansas governor, this time on immigration.2:22: Asked about a New Year's resolution, Huckabee says he'll watch was he says carefully. Certainly his comments, both far and recent history, have come to bite him a little this week (on Mormonism and AIDS/homosexuality). 2:20: The moderator is asking very pointed questions to several candidates. Eight Senior Republican Appointees Challenge Official Account of 9/11
    2007-12-08 09:31:00
Alan gave me a heads up via email to this article posted on OpEdNews.com:Eight Senior Republican Appointees Challenge Official Account of 9/11 - "Not Possible", "a Whitewash", "False"by Alan Millerhttp://www.opednews.comDecember 4, 2007 – Eight former senior Republican administration appointees have severely criticized the official account of 9/11 and several have called for a new investigation. "I find the facts against the official story of the [WTC] buildings' collapse more compelling than the case that has been made in behalf of the official story. I would like to see the issue debated by independent scientists and engineers," wrote Paul Craig Roberts, PhD, Assistant Secretary of the Treasury under President Ronald Reagan. "A real investigation is needed to find an explanation consistent with the evidence, even if it doesn't reassure the public," said Dr. Roberts [1], frequently referred to as the "Father of Reagonomics."Paul Craig Roberts, PhD"Over the past six years, the ranks of distinguished skeptics of the 9-11 storyline have grown enormously. The ranks include distinguished scientists, engineers and architects, intelligence officers, air traffic controllers, military officers and generals, including the former commanding general of U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, former presidential appointees and members of the White House staff in Republican administrations, Top Gun fighter pilots and career airline pilots who say that the flying attributed to the 9-11 hijackers is beyond the skills of America's best pilots, and foreign dignitaries." [2]Dr. Roberts currently serves as Chairman of the Institute for Political Economy and Research Fellow at the Independent Institute. Previously he was the William E. Simon Chair in Political Economy, at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Georgetown University. He also served as a Senior Research Fellow at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University, and as Associate Editor of The Wall Stre...

Republican CNN YouTube Debate: I told you so!
    2007-11-29 01:04:22
As I said numerous times over the last few days (here and here), the Republican CNN YouTube debate was nothing but a bunch of apolitical nonsense. Every YouTube video submission showed one whiner after another asking for the Government to spend more and more of our money and increase the size of government. The CNN video screeners were as clueless about limited government as I predicted; the... Click the Headline Link to Visit Copious Dissent and Read the Full Story. ...

The Republican YouTube Debate: Initial Thoughts
    2007-11-28 22:53:00
Tonight was the long-awaited Republican YouTube debate in St. Petersburg, Florida. This debate was a particularly nasty one in which several candidates drew blood. This post will only provide a general overview of my thoughts on the debate. A more detailed analysis of the evening's happenings will be written tomorrow or Friday. The setupThe leading candidates were placed at the center of the stage and the lower-tier candidates were placed on the sides. Mitt Romney and Rudy Giuliani were placed next to each other, which made for several tense exchanges. Tom Tancredo and Duncan Hunter were essentially the bookends on stage. I thought this was a smart decision by CNN. I hope future debate organizers continue this arrangement.CNN and the moderatorAnderson Cooper did a better job of handling this debate than Wolf Blitzer did at the last CNN Democratic debate in Las Vegas. Keep in mind that "better" is a relative term, rather than an absolute one. Cooper did not have much control ov...

    CNN/YouTube Republican Debate Firsts

The Republican CNN YouTube Debates: What to Expect
    2007-11-25 15:23:31
This Wednesday is the Republican CNN YouTube debate, where anyone can send in videos to CNN and ask any Republican Candidate questions. A few months ago, the Republicans refused to enter this absurd “Debate” because the Democrats were asked questions from snowmen and it was completely unproductive. Eventually, the Republicans decided to attend, but I have no doubt they will regret doing so... Click the Headline Link to Visit Copious Dissent and Read the Full Story. ...

The Protest Candidate (or, The Only Republican with Cajones)
    2007-11-12 03:28:02
Just stumbled onto a pretty good post here, from the day of Paul's big moneybomb:What do traditional Republican voters do when their party is transformed from a small-government, pro-freedom party with a restrained foreign policy into a big-government, sectarian party with a penchant for interventionism? Well, they could genuflect to the Inquisitors of the conservative movement who now permeate the right-of-center blogosphere. They could allow themselves, the regional and ideological descendants of the party of Teddy Roosevelt, to become enablers of the new party of William Jennings Bryan. Or they could tell the GOP where to go and give four million dollars overnight to this guy:Rep. Ron Paul (Tex.) ended Guy Fawkes Day having done something no Republican has ever done before. He raised almost $4 million over the Internet without spending so much as a thin dime (beyond transaction fees, of course). This sort of thing just isn’t done — usually you spend between fifty and eighty cen...

    Eulogy for the Republican Party?
    2007-10-24 01:39:02
I think this comment from RedState pretty much sums it up:"ron paul, may have fit in the republican party at one time, but he doesn't belong here anymore. we (republicans) have changed along with society. i believe in a somewhat powerful central government. i think constitutionalists like ron paul are too rigid in their interpretation. like you said, even jefferson abused the constitution. why should we allow our hands to be tied behind our backs by some archaic document? it's a guide, not biblical law."Are we approaching a point in our history of another major political party upheaval, à la the Whig/Republican split?...

Latest New Hampshire Republican Presidential Poll (09-26)

In July, Romney led Giuliani, 33 to 18 percent with Thompson at 13 percent and McCain at 12 percent in New Hampshire. That has now changed rather significantly.   According to the latest New Hampshire poll: The University of New Hampshire’s latest poll, conducted for CNN and WMUR, shows Romney and Rudy Giuliani in a virtual [...]...

The Republican Race Takes Some Weird Turns
    2007-09-11 08:26:34
Last week’s Republican Presidential debate and the entrance of Fred Thompson into the race seems to have reshaped the landscape for the nomination, or at least that’s what the latest CBS/New York Times polling data suggests. Republican Presidential Debate on Fox News Recap: The Appearance of a “Real” Debate
    2007-09-06 05:13:44
At the Republican Presidential Debate on Fox News, Brit Hume and Chris Wallace demonstrated class and asked relevant questions as usual. It is amazing what a debate actually looks like when the television hosts know the issues. It is even better when the candidates are not served softballs so they can pander to their base. One of the most enlightening moments of the debate was when Mike Huckabee and Ron Paul were allowed to talk back and forth discussing the War in Iraq. There was no consideration for time; they went at it for at least two minutes. The discourse was wonderful for the American people, the Republican Party, and it gave me more respect for the political process as a whole. Moreover, Chris Wallace did not hold back when asking questions. He really held Ron Paul accountable for his position on the War. Likewise, if a candidate made a statement during the debate or made an error in judgment in the past, he was held to account.Mitt Romney undoubtedly was attacked the most...

    The Republican Schism
    2007-08-30 19:40:09
The Republican Party is at war with itself. Never have the differences between its factions been so jarring. On one side are traditional small government conservatives, standard bearers of the Goldwater and Reagan era legacy. On the other side are big government neoconservatives and Jingoists. The battle for the soul of the party has been joined. In some ways it resembles the eve of 1994.One thing is clear. In order to have even the slightest hope of winning in 2008, the Republican Party must be whole and it must be able to attract some moderate Democrats. But there is only one candidate capable of building that coalition. Right now Ron Paul is bringing together libertarians, traditionalists, independents, and Democrats. Social conservatives are split, with some counting themselves on Paul's side and others drifting—primarily on a current of Islamophobia—into an uneasy alliance with the neocons. There are also those, particularly in the world of punditry, who have painted themselve...

Iowa Republican Debate: The 2008 Presidential Election with Clarity
    2007-08-06 03:30:37
The ABC News Republican Debate was a breath of fresh air (although some disagree) compared to the Democratic panderfest. While the Democrats did not debate issues, they simply engaged in emotional blabber, the Republicans discussed specific policy differences. It was amazing that we could have a debate about the real problems facing this Country without watching snowmen and children cry about global warming. For the first time the American people actually were explained the FairTax. George Stephanopoulos told the American people that the FairTax would create a 23% national sales tax while eliminating virtually all other taxes. For a year now, we have only heard candidates claim they support the FairTax without recognizing that most Americans are clueless what they meant. From the debate, we can gather that Mike Huckabee and Tom Tancredo staunchly support the FairTax. They assert that the National sales tax would be able to generate an enormous revenue stream for the Country simply b...

    Republican Money Report
    2007-07-16 17:20:00
Financial filings were released yesterday by the FEC. Let's take a look at how the campaigns did during the second quarter (April-June), starting with the Republican contenders. The figures in parentheses represent totals from the first quarter of 2007.Sam BrownbackMoney Raised: $1,425,767 ($1,871,058)Money Spent: $1,798,493 ($1,064,432 )Cash On Hand: $460,236 ($806,626)Debt: $0 ($0)• Brownback was able to best his first quarter effort, but his high spending rate leaves him will little cash on hand. He's yet to hit the airways, but his biggest spending effort was on voter mailings. A disappointing straw poll showing in Ames, Iowa, next month could sink his campaign.Jim GilmoreMoney Raised: $187,796 ($203,897)Money Spent: $216,139 ($113,790)Cash On Hand: $61,765 ($90,107)Debt: $128,927 ($88,014 )• Gilmore dropped out of the presidential race this weekend, citing financial trouble.Rudy GiulianiMoney Raised: $17,599,292 ($16,623,411)Money Spent: $11,222,806 ($5,688,208...

    Conservatism, Burke, Republican mental disease…
    2007-07-05 18:24:09
Back in 2003, the Guardian printed a story that begins: A study funded by the US government has concluded that conservatism can be explained psychologically as a set of neuroses rooted in “fear and aggression, dogmatism and the intolerance of ambiguity”. Study of Bush’s psyche touches a nerve In 2004, Reason magazine ran a story centered around the work of Professor Meyer-Emerick and associate professor Robert Altemeyer. According to Professor Altemeyer, right-wing authoritarians are cognitively rigid, aggressive, and intolerant. They are characterized by steadfast conformity to group norms, submission to higher status individuals, and aggression toward out-groups and unconventional group members. On the RWA Scale, subjects are asked to agree or disagree with statements like: “Some of the worst people in our country nowadays are those who do not respect our flag, our leaders and the normal way things are supposed to be done” and “There is absolutely ...

    Republican Fundraising Numbers
    2007-07-04 18:14:00
I found the annoucement yesterday evening of the quarterly fundraising report very interesting. The first conclusion that will probably be made is that the democratic candidates have done much better to this point and that's such a bad sign...blah blah blah.I see this much differently than most media outlets will see.First of all, it so early in the game to be running the campaigns at the level we are. The mass majority of people don't even get interested until the debates closer to the primaries. What we're dealing with right now are the political activists of our country. I really do believe that most conservatives haven't garnered much interest yet because of it.Secondly, I still don't think we've seen the predominate Republican candidate yet. I don't think that Giuliani is the man. I believe that people don't have their preferred man to rally around. It's a shame, because I really love Ron Paul. He would get my vote in a heartbeat. But I have to think that when an...

All Islamic Terrorists Must Register Republican
    2007-07-01 21:52:00
With the recent terrorist attacks in Glasgow and London, the liberals have already started spouting delusional accusations of who is behind the terrorism. Go read the comments from any liberal blog, and you are bound to see hundreds of lunatics saying that this is a plot by Dick Cheney, the CIA, or Zionists. At the very least you will hear the left say we are unsure if the attacks are really from Islamic extremists. This absence of clear thinking would not be so disturbing if the Democrat Party was made up of a fridge minority. However, we are learning more and more that this is not the case. Evidently, a recent Rasmussen Poll demonstrates that a huge proportion of the Democrat Party is made up of abject lunatics. “Democrats in America are evenly divided on the question of whether George W. Bush knew about the 9/11 terrorist attacks in advance. Thirty-five percent (35%) of Democrats believe he did know, 39% say he did not know, and 26% are not sure. (NOT SURE??!!) Republi...

    Republican Debate Reaction, Take Two
    2007-05-16 06:16:00
Tonight's debate proved to be the most compelling and distinctive of the three debates that have taken place thus far in the 2008 race. Questions were far more pointed, candidates more confrontational and as a result voters were actually able to recognize distinctions on stage. The debate also offered clear winners and losers that haven't been as obvious in previous efforts. As we noted, in the California debate John McCain had a strong message, but his awkward delivery damaged his overall performance. Tonight he was far more relaxed and as a result, he appeared to be the most competent and presidential candidate in the field. He was attacked frequently for his work on campaign finance and immigration reform, but he was generally able to diffuse the issues when given the opportunity. Its clear that those efforts are two significant obstacles that his opponents will continue to mention and his ability to put voters' minds at ease will go a long way towards determining his future in th...

This is today's 7:00 question, and Thoughts on the World's response.------------------------------------------------------------7 p.m.: When it comes down to it, would American voters elect another Republican president before they would elect a woman or a black? Is the majority of America sexist? No. Is the majority of America racist? No.99% of people have no problem with electing a woman or a black; the media only portrays it that way, making the situation worse. Republican Debate Wrap
    2007-05-04 07:22:00
Much like the Democratic debate last week, the candidates preferred to make safe statements and avoid confrontation, leaving no clear victor. As we suggested, Ronald Reagan's name was invoked early and often--at least nineteen times directly--typically in broad fashion. Chris Matthews did a better job than Brian Williams did to follow questions and keep the candidates on topic, though his Bill Clinton question at the end was out of place. From the top tier, Mitt Romney presented himself best--looking calm, confident, and knowledgeable. He had more than one difficult moment, however, responding to questions about his statement last week that capturing Osama Bin Laden wasn't important and another about his faith. Romney is very charismatic and telegenic and that came across tonight--something that may, to many, be more important the content of his answers.John McCain was jarring at first, answering questions very emphatically. He would stare directly into the camera and deliver lines th...

    Father/Daughter Republican Talk
    2007-02-23 22:03:00
From Political GrindFATHER/DAUGHTER TALKA young woman was about to finish her first year of college. Like so many others her age, she considered herself to be a very liberal Democrat, and was very much in favor of the redistribution of wealth. She was deeply ashamed that her father was a rather staunch Republican, a feeling she openly expressed. Based on the lectures that she had participated in, and the occasional chat with a professor, she felt hat her father had for years harbored an evil, selfish desire to keep what he thought should be his.One day she was challenging her father on his opposition to higher taxes on the rich and the addition of more government welfare programs. The self-professed objectivity proclaimed by her professors had to be the truth and she indicated so to her father. He responded by asking how she was doing in school.Taken aback, she answered rather haughtily that she had a 4.0 GPA, and let him know that it was tough to maintain, insisting that she was taking...
