| Shoulders are Sexy | | 2008-08-09 06:46:00 | | My shoulders are not in good shape. I spent years swimming competitively when I was younger and have the busted up shoulders to prove it. I am slowly restrengthening them and trying to get myself back into shape.
Shoulder exercises are a popular part of resistance workouts. When you work out while facing a mirror, you train what you see — the front and middle of the deltoid muscle. I have changed my cuing since working with Lesley and others over the years and me and my clients are all the better... | | By: Pilates & Reiki In Paradise Blog

| | Quick Shoulders ~ Cure my Slice | | 2007-09-03 09:01:16 | | Quick Shoulders ~ Cure My Slice
The most common type of slice out there is a pull slice. It’s an open clubface coupled with an out to in (over-the-top) swing path. If your banana ball is embarrassingly huge; starting to the left of the fairway and ending up in the right rough, take this [...]... | | By: The Golf Drill Guru
