Tentu saja sms tersebut tidaklah benar-benar gratis, karena melibatkan biaya akses data atau internet di ponsel atau PC kita.Untuk mencoba layanan ini, tidak ada yang perlu didownload ataupun diinstall. Kita hanya perlu melakukan register dan selanjutnya kita telah dapat mengirim sms gratis tanpa batas ke siapapun yang berada daftar teman dan telah menambahkan nomor teleponnya dalam profil mereka. Kita juga dapat mengirimkan sms ke pengguna Wadja lainnya yang tidak berada dalam daftar teman kita. Kita hanya perlu melakukan friend request kepada mereka yang belum termasuk dalam daftar teman kita dan selanjutnya menunggu persetujuan mereka.
