| Thai Recipe for Thai Vegetarian Tofu Satay | | 2008-05-04 03:04:00 | | Ingredients for Thai vegetarian tofu satay7 ounces smoked tofu (cut into bite size) 1 garlic clove (crushed) 2 tsp sesame oil 3 tbsp light soy sauce 8 to 12 bay leaves 1 yellow bell pepper (cut into squares) 1 red bell pepper (cut into squares) oil for brushing about 8 to 12 satay or bamboo sticks Ingredients for Satay Sauce
