    Warm Weather Food Safety Tips
    2008-08-22 12:00:12
Food safety practices should actually apply all year round, but in summer and any time of warm weather, regular precautions might not be enough. For example, you might be able to leave food unrefrigerated for several hours in February without seeing any major effects, but the same practice may not work for you in [...]...

    Sunderland Weather
    2008-08-19 15:51:00
Sunderland weather forecast by BBC For the past few days in a row, there never been a day without raining. Ever since I started working, it has been raining almost every day. According to the weather forecast, tomorrow is going to be a sunny day. I know most or all of you might disagree with me but I honestly prefer rain. The sound of the raindrops added to my silent environment and loneliness really make me more awake. If it is sunny day, I feel melted, lazy and worst, I will lose my conce...

Crazy weather hits area at around 5:25 p.m.
    2008-08-15 21:43:00
Well, if you were out of the area earlier tonight, you really missed some menacing-looking skies over Kearny, Harrison, East Newark and the surrounding environs. I just happened to bring my camera into work today (in Newark) and grabbed these weather shots. There had been a tornado warning—but I think we safely escaped without one touching down. Hope you enjoy the shots....

    Strange weather
    2008-08-05 09:50:00
The way I understand it Japanese summer is supposed to start with a horribly wet rainy season in June, by the time the rain has completely vanished in early July, the heat should have been turned up to perpetual and unbearable temperatures, which ought to last until way past September. Well, we had some heavy rainfall in the so-called rainy season, but it in no way resembled the month of swimming to work last year in Inuyama, and the heat has definitely reared its ugly head. But it all seems mixed up this year. Heat, heat, heat, heavy rainfall (complete with lightning and thunder), heat, heat, heat, heavy rainfall, etc. The sky changes color from bright to dark in moments, and back again moments later… It’s confusing. You’d think we’d like the rain and its supposedly cooling effect, but it’s really not that helpful, and the rain is so fierce that your clothes are totally soaked in a minute and the rain will penetrate your waterproof bag. I just hope this kind of weather w...

    2008-07-28 07:12:22
Mumbai Rains - Latest Mumbai News on Mumbai weather. After a long wait for rains, the dry spell in Maharashtra is hopefully coming to an end. But the bad part is severe rains continue to pour in Mumbai and the city is full of water.Just a reminder that Mumbai rains sometimes be very bad and it will affect the city and most importantly the lifeline of Mumbai which is the railway network. The latest from Mumbai News is that heavy rains continue to lash Mumbai and the city has not yet reported major water logging, although some water logging is being seen in some low lying areas. the city transportation, western railway network and airport etc are functioning normally and no major problem has been reported due to these Mumbai rains on 28th July 2008.I would like to remind all my readers that 3 years back we have seen some major rains around the same part of the year which left Mumbai in a bad condition and the transportation system failed badly then. The nearby Pune city is also seeing conti...

Ten investing rules that will help you weather this stormy market
    2008-06-13 14:49:00
By Jonathan BurtonTen rules to remember about investing in the stock marketSAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Rules may be meant to be broken, but with investing ignoring the rules can break you.Especially now. Investment rules are tailor-made for tough times, allowing you to stick to a plan just when you need it most. Indeed, a rulebook is important in any market climate, but it tends to get tossed when stocks are soaring. That's why sage investors warn people not to confuse a bull market with brains. So with the economy looking more and more like the oil-shocked, stagflation-strapped 1970s, and stocks recoiling from rising unemployment, record energy prices and falling home values, it makes sense to dust off the old playbook and see how it applies today. One of the most relevant lists of rules, from a legendary Wall Street veteran, is also among the least known. Beginning in the late 1950s, Bob Farrell pioneered technical analysis, which rates a stock not only on a company's financial stre...

Tips For Exercising In Hot Weather
    2008-06-11 10:14:00
As you may already be aware of, most of the country is going through a serious heat wave.  For 4 days at least it has been 100 or more here in North Carolina just as it has been in other parts as well.  Today we’re having a cool down at 92!  Considering it is so hot I figured I’d remind you all how important it is to take precautions when exercising outside.  For those of you who enjoy walking outside, or biking, you need to be particularly careful about heat exhaustion.  It really doesn’t matter where you live either - since even where I used to live in MA and RI it got up to 96 yesterday (which is practically unheard of this early in the season!) You CAN still exercise outside, but you just need to be careful.  Here are some important tips to remember: Drink up before you’re thirsty. Once you start craving water, you’re already 3 percent dehydrated. To avoid that, drink two to three cups a few hours before you work out. T...

Ways in Which the Weather can Affect the Forex Markets
    2008-06-07 12:42:00
Currency trading can be approached using a number of different methods. Many mathematical purists will tell you that technical analysis is the only way to go, swearing that they can see the future by poring over chart after chart after chart. Others glance at the trends, ruminate for a minute or two, then go with a hunch and ride a pair wherever it wants to go. Some forex traders, however, attempt to accumulate as much information as they possibly can before investing in a currency pair. These t...

SUNDAY, JUNE 1At least the world is back into perspective.    We’re getting back to the serious stuff, peeping tom aliens, and mysterious New Mexico UFO’s.   Well, there’s another mysterious object in the sky.  Let’s face it, there was a reason Indiana Jones ended up in New Mexico.  It’s just not normal here.  And – we like it that way!     Even when it really is a weather balloon.  That’s it for tonight.  I still need to design a prototype flyer for the church bazaar and then need to cut, staple and trim about a thousand raffle tickets. ......

    Stupid Weather
    2008-05-06 00:05:00
The temperature as of late has been going from plus ten to fifteen (55 F) then drops to zero (33 F) by night which is making my back not very happy. About a dozen years ago I had what the doctor called a major back injury where my L3 and L4 vertebra budged out which caught the sciatic nerve and came close to severing the darn thing. At the time I lost about eighty percent of the strength and mobility in my left leg. The neurosurgeon said they could operate but the odds at the time where fifty percent chance it would improve the situation, forty percent chance it would not help at all and a ten percent chance of me not walking again normally. So I chose the physical therapy route which was an experience in itself. When I began therapy all of the workers were pushing for me to get better quickly even though I was constantly complaining about all of the pain. They gave me some garbage speech about I would have to endure some pain to make progress. At this point I could not do a singl...

strange weather for this time of year.
    2008-04-24 14:37:16
get this. today, we had yet another day of rain. strange weather patterns. normally, in april the weather gets hot. and you have sunny skies all the time. instead, we have been getting rain everyday. usually, this sort of weather occurs in june, july, august or september. so, what is up, you ask? I don't know. maybe it is happening because of global warming???as you might have guessed, I didn't go out tonight. I hate getting wet. and it definitely puts a damper on the night scene.so, there I was at home once again for another night twiddling my thumbs, watching tv, and surfing the web.I wonder what all the other lounge lizards are doing?guess I'll get some early sleep tonight. perhaps wake up early and go to the gym.hello kitty called me up a few times tonight. High-end weddings weather US crisis
    2008-04-17 21:14:00
High-end weddings weather US crisis Couples are a little more careful with their budget, but are still determined to celebrate in style, says a florist NEW YORK: Investment bank bailouts, home foreclosures and job losses have spread economic gloom through America but in New York, at least, there's one industry still eathering the storm - high-end weddings.Cake makers, florists, wedding planners and dress-makers at a wedding show this month said brides were still determined to enjoy their big day with almost no expense spared. While some couples were cutting back on non-essentials, for example having only two bridesmaids instead of four, most vendors at the New York magazine Weddings Showcase in Manhattan said they were yet to see a serious dip in business."So far I would say compared to last year, this year people seem to be spending just as much," said Amy Salvini-Swanson, co-owner of Greenwich Letterpress, which offers invitations at anywhere from US$600 to US$1,200 (US$1 = RM3.16) fo...

    Must Be The Weather
    2008-04-09 05:51:00
For the past couple of weeks, I had been under the radar. In fact I was also under the weather. On and off, off and on. Like somebody had a remote control and switching it back and forth. My mind couldn’t quite figure out what my body was up to. Am I gonna get sick? Am I gonna get well? One day I felt so good, the next awfully bad. One day I felt so splendidly happy, the next grumpy and sad.It was as if somebody was hitting me with a shot of caffeine in my bloodstream and then drugging me afterwards. Up and down. My body can’t just make up its mind.Assuming it has one of its own.I always try to do a mind over matter thing. Trying to project an aura of relief over my entire body, thinking of healing it without even knowing what was wrong. Thinking about positive thoughts, the calming breeze of the sea, the silent hum that you could hear atop a cliff, that sort of thing. But my logical mind couldn't quite keep up. The rational side of my brain kept on asking itself.. "what is wrong w...

“Climate is what we expect, weather is what we get.”
    2008-03-22 11:54:19
To begin with, thank you all for 1000 visits!I have also added some videos of my garden to the sidebar.March 17: Some sky watching .. and some rather hot spring weather.March 18: Today 'just' some snow and 20°C less than the day beforeMarch 19: the night brought some bad frost so we spent it powering up heaters, setting up bonfires and 'flying' among the apricot trees on our gossamer wings like some giant white moths (my favourite type of frost protection). The thing is that for a while now, it seemed like winter was long gone, and it encouraged all the foolish enough apricot trees ( I never did understand what's all the rush with their bloom time, they are among the first fruit trees to bloom in the spring and because of this they are susceptible to spring frost damage) to put on their magnificent bloom show, but all of a sudden after a week of atypical summery weather the winter was back and Mr Frost delivered some bad news. Later on the day turned out to be quite war...

5 Herbs to Grow in Cooler Weather
    2008-03-18 06:49:00
COOL SPRING HERBSThese herbs may thrive in cooler temperatures, but some seeds, such as those of parsley, can take up to a month to germinate, especially in cold spring soils. Soaking the seeds overnight and covering newly seeded beds with clear plastic help speed germination of direct-sown seeds. If you start the plants indoors, make sure the plants' growth hasn't been hindered and that the transplants go into the ground when quite small, and take are not to disturb the roots during the planting process. Most of the herbs can be sown outdoors six to eight weeks before the last frost.Note: If you have poor soil, applying aged manure or granulated organic fertilizer to the soil during the seedling stage helps get plants off to a healthy start.PARSLEYTwo different forms include the familiar curly parsley and the more flavorful flat-leaved Italian version, with leaves like celery and cilantro.Sow: Direct-sow seeds or set out six- to eight-week-old transplants about a week before the last sp...

    The Weather Update Today
    2008-03-17 16:57:00
Hello friends and co-bloggers. How day? My baby and I, our day was not so special, we just stayed at home because the weather today was so bad a little bit dark during the day time. At dawn time was started to rain and now so wet outside, while I am doing typing this entry I can still hear the drops of the rain on our window and it is quite windy too. My husband and I when we were out from the market store few hours ago, we thought snowy but that was not the snow it was the rain falls. Tomorrow the weather again is warm as what we heard the news in Television. I do not know what I should do for tomorrow with my baby; maybe we are going out and go to the mall to have a little bit shopping (lol) nearby our village or maybe going to the park have some fresh air again. Ew! (lol)...

    Weather not fit for ducks
    2008-03-12 14:11:00
Overnight the winds pushed northwards and began to batter northern Britain. Several areas were affected worse than others. We could still hear the ferocity of the wind as all kinds of items rattled through the night and gusts howled like wild beasts. One of the main contenders as the winds moved up the country was the town of Preston. Worst affected were the older areas of the town as at least one building began to crumble and its roof started to topple down onto the pavement. We are awaiting to see if after tonight the weather will remain calm . . ....

Truck Insurance - Safety When Driving In Bad Weather
    2008-03-11 04:34:17
Every truck driver has more than enough experience to be aware of the hazards associated with bad weather, but it is good to be aware of road conditions that may exist in different types of inclement weather and how to respond to those conditions. After all, being prepared for the weather will save time on the road and prevent any kind of loss that will require coverage by your truck insurance. To begin with, it is important to always be aware of weather conditions along the route. Have alternative routes available in case extreme weather will make it difficult or impossible to take the original route. Listen to local radio and information from other drivers on CB.RainHydroplaning can occur when there is water on the road, but even a light rain can be quite dangerous. When the road first becomes wet, the oils that have collected are lifted, creating an extremely slick film across the surface of the road. In addition to this, small amounts of water act as a leveling agent, smoothing the ...

    Weather forecast - storm battle
    2008-03-10 10:24:00
Yesterday it became apparent that we were in for heavy storms and violent winds with gusts between 70 and 80 miles per hour. The worst affected areas would be in the west and south of Britain. I looked at the maps that kept appearing at the end of news items and saw that the line that they had drawn for this bombardment of wind and rain was well in the area where I live. During the night you could hear the rattling of items outside and the sound of heavy rainfall but to my relief in the morning it had quelled quite a lot. However, we were more fortunate than some. In parts of Wales in coastal areas the wind and waves were very violent. There has been flooding in some areas, power lines are down in a few districts and there are currently warnings advising people not to take to the roads. There is more bad weather due later on....

Georgia Tech Virginia Tech Weather Watch 2008
    2008-02-22 22:10:33
si.comGeorgia Tech @ Virginia TechI would think Paul Hewitt has a right to be mad. In his team's last game they turned the ball over a season high 22 times and lost by 1. Then on Thursday, a home game with Virginia was canceled due to a leaky roof. Nevermind that Georgia Tech is paying their former football coach $1M per year for nothing. The Hokies have a distinct honor in the ACC; they are the only team to lose to Tech in Atlanta. The Yellow Jackets have been very good on the road though. Virginia Tech needs good wins like they had against Maryland and more importantly must hold serve at home. For Georgia Tech to win they need to take care of the ball (15 or less turnovers) and play good perimeter defense where they have lacked most of the season. Logic would say Virginia Tech is the better team and they are at home, but I like Georgia Tech to pull this one off on the road.Prediction: Georgia TechVirginia Tech Georgia Tech lineThe Hokies will be the favorite in this game and w...

Bamse RBS23 All-Weather Air Defence Missile, Sweden
    2008-02-21 23:32:00
The Saab Bofors Dynamics Bamse all-weather, all-target, air defence missile system is deployed to protect fixed and mobile assets. It can be used against a range of threats including fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft, unmanned aircraft, stand-off missiles, cruise and anti-radiation missiles and guided bombs. Bamse is effective against very small and very fast targets such as air-to-surface attack missiles. The system has all-weather capability and a target range that exceeds the stand-off distance of electro-optically controlled weapons. The system provides a target range over 15km and coverage to an altitude up to 15,000m.Bofors (later to become Saab Bofors) and Ericsson (now Saab) Microwave Systems completed the project definition phase in 1991 and the engineering development program began in 1992. In 1993 the Swedish Government placed a contract on the then Bofors Missiles and Ericsson to carry out the full-scale development of the Bamse system. The Bamse system has successfully comple...

Ten ways to weather stormy markets
    2008-02-13 11:13:00
By Jonathan Burton What you can do, and what not to do, to whip your investments into shape SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Stocks today are more volatile than they've been in years. January's wild weeks and February's broken-heart start are signs that new market leadership is emerging and old mainstays are losing steam. It's time for you to change with the times. But how? Change is tough enough to imagine; it's even harder to do, especially when the market's direction isn't clear and buyers are grasping at straws. Adapt to changing conditions by adopting rules that can carry your investments through these turbulent times -- and beyond."Too many people get distracted by benchmarks, well-meaning friends, media reports or information from people that know nothing about them," says Dan Moisand, a financial adviser at Spraker Fitzgerald Tamayo & Moisand LLC in Melbourne, Fla. "They forget why they are investing in the first place. The clearer and more specific one is about goals, the be...

Lingering freezing weather dampens China's Spring Festival tourism
    2008-02-12 03:28:00
About 50 percent of Beijing tourists for instance have cancelled their vacation plans to southern China, Zhang said, adding that travel agencies were estimated to earn 70 percent less from long-range domestic tours this Spring Festival than last year's same period.A good news from the coordination office for national holiday tourism under the NTA, however, is the prevalence of temple fairs and other celebrations featuring folklore and custom. ...

    Weather Updates
    2008-02-08 14:07:00
I've finally made the effort to renovate and expand the Travel Notes Weather Centre; to include more animated weather maps and regularly updated weather videos. We've also added more weather links to destinations in every country (also available on our destination pages) and have improved the US Weather section; to split the weather centre into regional forecasts and included weather forecast links along the Interstate driving routes. If you're making a road trip across the USA it's now even easier to find out what the weather conditions will be like along your way, and you can click on the 'City Hotels' link, from the weather returns, if you need to book any overnight accommodation before you set out on your journey. We've split the Interstate Driving Conditions up in North-South (Odd Numbers) and East-West (Even Numbers).I'm also planning to make even more radar maps and weather videos available for specific US cities, so keep an eye on 1800-UStravel for that.Travel Notes toolbar users...

    Rant about the weather
    2008-02-08 09:04:57
"We had another 8-inches of snow that dumped on us again a couple of days ago. Man, I am tired of all this crap that we are getting this year. Anyway, this time we got a decent amount of rain which froze underneath the snow. So today being payday, and riding on empty, I went to get ice. Guess what. My dang, gas tank was iced shut. I cut my knuckles trying to chip the ice away (without damaging my paint). To top it off my city, doesn't blade the roads. Because they don't want to damage the roadway. So they just throw salt and sand down and call it good. Then the cities police issue their annual press release reminding citizens are to have their sidewalks and driveways shoveled within 12 hours (or 6 hours from sunrise) to avoid getting a $100 ticket (plus $71 court costs). The gall of the city to expect private citizens to do what they refuse to do on the streets. It is even worse then that. I live on a side street, and I may never even see them come down the street with salt and sand. "...

Rome Tourist Information: Weather in Rome, Italy
    2008-02-01 09:01:00
Author: Daniel Jowsseyvia articlesbase.comAutumn Weather in RomeWithout fail, Romans recommend that the best time to travel to Rome is from mid-September to October. Yes, it might rain, but the temperatures turn out to be quite nice, even if it is getting a tiny bit chilly at night. Almost no one recommends November, but I've had very good luck the last few years with weather in the first half of November.Spring Weather in RomeMay has almost the same temperatures as October, and April, while you're likely to feel chilly at night, is almost as good. The effects upon tourism and the tourist industry could be numerous, though I will only mention a couple. Many people complain about hotel and apartment rates increasing, not only during the summer months, but throughout the whole year. And quite right I say, when there are 300 rooms with air-conditioning systems set to -5 degrees Celsius all day, (whilst the guests themselves are stripping off beside the pool trying to soak up every last hea...

New Year Weather Forecast for 2008
    2008-01-16 01:58:31
As a child I was once told by someone who I cannot remember anymore that the weather for all twelve months of a certain year is determined by conditions of the first 12 days of that year. How's The Weather?
    2008-01-08 12:47:39
It's like summer in New Hampshire today. And unlike my report on Iowa's weather last week, this time it's hardly a joke. The temperature has already reached 50° in Manchester and much of the state, with some parts even expected to hit 60° today. Most of the state will see cloud cover, but it's hard to ask for a better day in January for New Hampshire. What does this mean? Record turnout! Iowa voters crushed the previous caucus turnout numbers, with well over 225,000 participating. New Hampshire voters don't have to go at a set time or spend an hour sitting around--they can just show up, vote, and leave (assuming the wait isn't too long). Look for record turnout today as the nation's first primary takes place....

    Embracing The Wild Weather
    2007-12-18 08:03:33
I've visited Aberdeen a couple of times before permanently move here. But we've always visited the city between September and October, so I didn't really feel the cold weather. The coldest temperature I had experienced was 9⁰C, but that was 6.00 AM in the morning and I had it for a few seconds from the house to the car, so it doesn't really count. My so much winter experience was when I lived in Sydney, where when it's hit under 15⁰C people are seen walking around with thick coats, scarves and gloves. And there's no snow in Sydney! This time, though, will be my first experience to feel the 'real' cold weather. I've tried my best to avoid it, by arranging my trip back to Indonesia in December-January (I wish I could stay until May but Stuart veto-ed my idea), but this particular week in early November has been colder, much colder. The heater is on more often inside the house, the darkness falls earlier it makes 4.00 PM looks like night time, the kettle is put on all the time for (hot) tea, and I go out much less. Although I still see some freaks walking with short-sleeves T-shirt, there are many more people now put their coats on. Winter is coming! Last week, Rina, my first Indonesian contact here, asked me if I wanted to meet up with other Indonesians. I, of course, said yes, so we settled to get together on Thursday, at one lady's house which is only 10 minutes walk from mine. That particular day was incredible cold (3⁰C!) and very windy, I had to put a lot of effort just to get out of the house. Smugly I though I'd be fine with tube dress, cardigan, parka, and knee high boots, since the house I was going to wasn't far. But of course, now it's not about the cold, it's about the wind! When walking down Union Grove the wind blew so hard I almost flew I had to grab the nearest tree! Oh dear... wouldn't be funny to read on the next day's newspaper: "Small Indonesian Lady Was Found Hanging On The Tree..." I honestly don't know how to handle this i...

    Confusing Weather
    2007-12-15 15:57:06
Tips: read this while listening to Ciara's 1,2 Step song. Let me see ya1, 2 stepI love it when ya1, 2 stepEverybody1, 2 stepWe about to get it on People have had warned me that UK weather is terrible, but I've only come here during autumn and it was usually cold and cloudy, so I thought, what can be more awful than that? I've had a bonus when the first time we landed in London three years ago and it was so bright, warm and clear I was only wearing a tanktop next to my pregnant friend. And my experience of autumn in these past 3 years wasn't so bad, ultimately I've survived by wearing 3 layers, my winter coat (bought in Australia, so it's not thick), and knee-length boots. So when I arrived in Aberdeen in early July, I thought, it's summer, it's supposed to be warm (hopefully hot), and I can wear my Bali attire (you know, backless, low neckline, very short pants, and jeweled sandals). Well so far I've been here for a month, and never in my life I've worn the wrong ...

    Confusing Weather (2)
    2007-12-15 15:54:43
Note: I must say here that I am forced to write something good about Scottish weather. Stuart and GG are deeply concerned that I have sent the incorrect message across the nation that the sun forget to shine in Scotland and the weather is entirely, continuously dreadful. But to me, the virgin of weather-changing-climate, the amateur of four-season-in-one-day temperature, Scottish weather is still confusing. It's not just because it is awfully cold during summer, but because it could change just in seconds. Last Wednesday I put a grey cashmere dress which reaches my knees on, have a pair of black thighs and ankle boots, because when I looked outside the window, I strongly believe that it was cold and windy. It took 10 minutes walking for me to to reach the town, and of course, the joke was on me! Suddenly the sun decided to finish hiding and to show itself in all glory, and the town was filled with people walking down in Union Street only wearing tank tops and mini skirts. I felt lik...

    I miss our tropical weather
    2007-12-03 08:04:56
It is cold and rainy where I live now, it evens snows heavily, and oh, I miss our tropical weather at home. I wish we can visit there during the Winter, but unfortunately, we ca't because our daughter is in school. Someday, I would want to go. Anyway, it rained and snow yesterday here. It's really cold, my husband and daughter went outside to shovel the snow, while the baby and me was still asleep. We expected a couple of visitors yesterday to come and stay, but they never came back, they came by and said they will come back, but nope, they didn't. So, we spent the day waiting around and cleaning. I guess nobody wants to come by for just a visit but a meal...LOL. But really, people would enjoy having a little something to eat, my husband is not going for such idea at this time because we don't have a lot of money to keep buying food and spending it on extra stuff. I like the idea, but I don't want to spend my money at this time either...LOL....

    Under the weather again
    2007-11-20 15:26:17
I just had a cold some time ago, and now I have it again. Well, it is not just me actually, because my two girls has a cold, too. Tiana caught it first, then Hannah, and me, last. Anyway, even though we are under the weather, we don't often stay home, but go out and shop for what we need. No cold can stop us really. I just hope our colds will all go away. As for our activities, I am supposed to be very busy because it will be Thanksgiving soon, but oh, well, I have a headache. I am not going to work myself off working for the house. My husband son and grandson will be over this weekend he said, and that is another thing for me to be busy about. Ugh! More jobs for me...ohohoh, because I will need to clean up big time....

As the cooler weather comes, don't forget this!
    2007-09-25 19:15:10
As summer slowly seeps into autumn, the nights cool off and our heaters come on. Our dogs' coat starts to get a bit thicker in preparation for the cold months ahead. So what do you need to do?Have lots of water on hand. Since our heater started coming on intermittently at night, I've noticed the water dish has almost run dry a couple of times. All heaters dry out the house so just a quick tip...make sure your pet has plenty of fresh, cold, clean water at all times. And don't forget as the air gets dryer, there may be more static in your dog's hair. Make sure you also have a good conditioner to use after a bath. Whether it's a liquid that you wash out or, my favorite, an all-natural spray that you leave on, check your dog's coat and condition it according to the dryness....

I recently received this offer from www.blogskinny.com about their newest Weather Badge that can be placed as a widget in your blog. I find this very interesting so I tried. You just have to input an American State's postal code and the state's city, locality or country and state name will appear on the widget. There is an icon which shows you the present weather in that state. Whether sunny, rainy, cloudy, windy or snowy can be easily identified with its image presented on the widget. More importantly, the widget shows you the wind speed and direction defined in miles per hour calibration. The state's present atmospheric temperature is also shown in degrees Fahrenheit. Also the inches of rain within the vicinity is also shown. Cool isn't? On top of that, weather date and timestamps are also indicated to show how reliable and updated the weather update is. So hurry, if you have a blog, get this widget for free and it will make your blog more useful especially when you use this weat...
