This is why liberals almost always support failing endeavors so long as there were good intentions behind it. In the political arena, this phenomenon is magnified by liberal politicians; their continued support for failing policies demonstrates they are suffering from collective amnesia. While in the past, liberals solely engaged in economic malfeasance, liberal politicians today have demonstrated that they stand for nothing more than meaningless gestures.
