| Witchcraft | | 2008-02-19 01:08:08 | | In my life i have seen a great deal of things, but the forces of evil that prevail against me is another. I do not know why but one day i will find out why witchcraft loves to destroy my life with accusation and manipulation. Yesterday and today have been pretty bad attacks against my family and i haven't helped it at all, i have only fueled the flames. We must learn to recognized and hear God speak to us so that we can have greater victories in life and not take everything so personally. Yesterday day i knew that God was showing me that witchcraft was around me, He was revealing it, uncovering the darkness before my eyes so that i could recognize and not overreact when satan would come to attack my life and my family. But of coarse i failed the tests once again BUT maybee next time i will hear and recognized what God is saying to me so that when i go through prblems i will know how to handle them.

| Beginners Witchcraft & Druidry Books For Men | | 2007-07-15 22:06:00 | | כ"ט בתמוז תשס"זMy youngest son, who is in his early twenties, is interested in learning about wicca/witchcraft and druidry. While I know what books I like from a female witch's perspective, I would appreciate any suggestions as to what books are out there which might be more targeted to masculine spirituality. I want the first introductory books he reads on these subjects to make him think "wow!". He currently is curious and seeking to investigate both wicca/witchcraft and druidry. He asked me for something which "summarizes" the paths so that he can get an idea if witchcraft or druidry might be for him. Most of the books I have are written by women and/or in a style "I" like, as a woman. Thus, my dilemma ... any suggestions to wow! my son?... | | By: Walking On Fire | | |
| | Immanentism, The Besht's Witchcraft | | 2007-07-08 04:31:00 | | כ"א בתמוז תשס"זThere's a good post over at A Simple Jew, Guest Posting By Rabbi Dovid Sears - The Baal Shem Tov’s Way Of Meditation. One excerpt from the post:Hand in hand with what Rabbi Kamelhar describes above as "becoming one with one’s inner being" is what scholars have called the Baal Shem Tov’s "immanentism": the pervasive sense of God’s omnipresence experienced by one who is properly attuned to this reality. The discovery of God’s immanence and omnipresence is one of the primary goals of the Baal Shem Tov’s way of meditation. Several works citing oral traditions of the Baal Shem Tov attest to this.Technorati tags: Torah Talmud Torah Judaism Kabbalah jewish mysticism mysticism jewish meditation meditation shamanism kabbalah iyunit kabbalah maasit witchcraft jewitchery jewitch witch sacred feminine divine feminine shechinah lilith spiritual development spirituality kosher spirituality... | | By: Walking On Fire | | |
| | Museum of Witchcraft T-shirt | | 2007-06-18 21:53:00 | | Ok, I know that most of the people don't really believe in magic and all that but some time ago I bumped into this t-shirt from the Museum of Witchcraft (in Boscastle Cornwall, UK) and found it pretty cool! From what I hear is quite a popular piece especially with the pagan community in Britain and is has become a "classic". The t-shirt is quite simple featuring a hazel pentagram artwork, which comes from a collection of Dutch magical drawings (also known as Richel Collection) held in the museum library. The museum doesn't have an online store but you can check out the t-shirt here.... | | By: T-shirts Around the Internet | | |

| Practical Witchcraft - On Reversals | | 2007-05-08 04:27:00 | | כ" באייר תשס"זJacob Da Jew asked:If you do reversals of curses, who cursed them to begin with?I don't presume to know who cast a curse to begin with. It isn't important that I know and in some ways, it is better that I don't know.Reversals do not reverse upon specific people or groups via my intention. The reversal is built around reversing the curse no matter who cast it or when or how. In other words, neutralizing a curse is the focus as opposed to being focused on any curse-sender. For all I know, a curse may have Divinely originated. Thus, a reversed curse would return to the First Source, to be absorbed in It without any consequence to anyone particularly.Doing it the way I do it, allows for the Divine Mind to direct the reversed energy independent of where I might think the energy should go. I could be wrong regarding from where a curse originates. Consequently, I do not interject my own thinking about that when composing a reversal ritual. The Divine Mind decides.So... | | By: Walking On Fire | | |
| | Witchcraft And Kabbalah | | 2007-05-08 03:42:00 | | כ" באייר תשס"זJacob Da Jew thinks I'm Wiccan (see comments). I'll say it again.I am not a Wiccan witch. I'm a kabbalistic Jewitch who incorporates elements of Celtic witchcraft and Native American shamanism into my practice. Celtic witchcraft is not Wicca either, even though Wicca also incorporates elements of Celtic witchcraft into its system. In other words, Celtic witchcraft and Wicca are independent of one another, though related. Wicca is a religion. Celtic witchcraft is a practice of witches with Celtic heritage who may or may not be secular and who may or may not be religious. So, I suppose one could say witchcraft, in general, is like kabbalah - there are many forms of it, and while it can constitute an independent religion of its own, it may also be practiced within the sphere of any other religion or spiritual practice. There are many eclectic witches who practice the craft within the context one of the more mainstream religions. Neither negates the other, despite... | | By: Walking On Fire | | |
