Si chiude con una rissa finita in tragedia l'ultima giornata di Umbria Jazz, ma sono avvenimenti che con Umbria Jazz niente hanno a che vedere. Quando anche l'ultimo sipario della manifestazione stava per chiudersi a pochi chilometri da dove avvengono i concerti, in una rissa fra extracomunitari, forse per problemi legati al mercato degli stupefacenti, visto che la vittima era stata già arrestata per questi motivi, un nigeriano viene accoltellato e poco più tardi morirà in ospedale per le gravi ferite.
