The Outer Banks is making an effort to go green, by advancing their
recycling programs! Nags Head, Kill Devil Hills, Duck, and Southern Shores
all currently have curbside recycling programs available for residents.
Manteo will be joining the program soon, starting December 1. Residents can
pay $8.95 per month for a roll-out container that will be collected once a
